Abstract

Claims (20)
- 공정에서 또는 이 공정에 포함되어 있는 공반응물(co-reactant)로, 또는 생성물의 생산 중에 존재하는 적합한 공반응물로, 생성물의 생산 중에, 예를 들어, 알루미늄 티타네이트, 마그네슘 티타네이트, Ti(C,N) 화합물 또는 이러한 화합물의 혼합물과 같은, 고온 저항성 그리고 내마모성 티타늄 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 티타늄-함유 물질을 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 티타늄-함유 물질이 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 결이 고운(fine-grained) 천연 티타늄-함유 물질을 및/또는 결이 고운 TiO2-풍부한 슬래그를 구성하는, 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 티타늄-함유 광석, 티타늄-함유 슬래그가, 단독 또는 혼합물로서 천연 티타늄-함유 물질로서 사용되고, 상기 티타늄-함유 첨가제가, 적용가능하다면, 합성 티타늄-함유 물질을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 티타늄-함유 광석 및 합성 티타늄-함유 물질을 티타늄-함유 물질로서 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, TiO2-풍부한 슬래그 및 합성 티타늄-함유 물질을 티타늄-함유 물질로서 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 티타늄-함유 광석, TiO2-풍부한 슬래그 및 합성 티타늄-함유 물질을 티타늄-함유 물질로서 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄-함유 광석이 티탄철석, 금홍석이고, 상기 티타늄-함유 슬래그가 Sorel 슬래그임을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄-함유 물질이 (전체 티타늄 함량으로부터 계산하여) 15 내지 95, 바람직하게 25 내지 90중량%의 TiO2을 포함하고, 상기 합성 티타늄-함유 물질이 20 내지 100, 바람직하게 30 내지 100중량%의 TiO2을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (전체 티타늄 함량으로부터 계산하여) 20 내지 98, 바람직하게 25 내지 95, 특히 바람직하게 30 내지 95, 특별히 바람직하게 40 내지 90중량%의 TiO2 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 티타늄-함유 물질이 아래 열거된 하나 이상의 물질 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제:- 티타늄 디옥사이드의 생산으로부터의 중간, 커플링된 및/또는 마무리된 생성물으로서, 이 경우에, 이 물질이 그 다음에 설페이트 공정에 따라 티타늄 디옥사이드의 생산으로부터 그리고 염화물 공정에 따른 티타늄 옥사이드의 생산으로부터 비롯될 수 있으며, 이 중간 및 커플링된 생성물은 현재의 TiO2-생산으로부터 빼내어질 수 있는 생성물;- 티타늄 디옥사이드 또는 이의 혼합물의 생성물로부터의 잔여물로서, 이 경우에, 그 다음에 이 물질은 설페이트 공정에 따른 티타늄 디옥사이드의 생산으로부터 그리고 염화 공정에 따른 티타늄 디옥사이드의 생성물로부터 비롯될 수 있는, 잔여물;- 화학 산업으로부터의 티타늄-함유 잔여물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석탄 물질, 환원성 탄소, 및/또는 금속 산화물로부터 선택되는 추가 첨가제를 함유하고, 철 산화물이 상기 금속 산화물로서 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5mm 미만, 바람직하게 2mm 미만, 특히 바람직하게 0.5mm 미만 및 특별히 바람직하게 0.2mm 미만의 100% 분말도(fineness)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 구성 성분의 평균 입자 크기가 바람직하게 0.01㎛ 내지 2,000㎛, 특별히 바람직하게 0.1㎛ 내지 1,000㎛임을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 첨가제.
- 티타늄-함유 물질 및 적용가능하다면, 부가된 물질이 적합한 방식으로 혼합되고 미소화됨을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 티타늄 함유 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
- 티타늄-함유 물질이 별도로 미소화되고 그 다음에 용도에 따라 요구되는 비율로, 믹서기에서, 적용가능하다면 첨가된 물질의 첨가물과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 티타늄 함유 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
- 티타늄-함유 물질이 우선 혼합되고, 적용가능하다면 첨가된 물질의 첨가 후에, 용도에 따라 미소화됨을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 티타늄 함유 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄-함유 물질이 혼합 전 또는 후에 열처리되고, 바람직하게 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 100 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 광석이 미정제된 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용 전에 티타늄 광석이 불순물 및/또는 맥석이 없음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 야금 공정에서, 내화재에서, 화로 브릭 라이닝의 내구성을 증가시키기 위한 야금술의 화로에서의 주입을 위해, 스틸 생산에서, 스틸 생산에서 슬래그 폼의 형성을 위해, 탭-홀(tap-hole) 화합물에서, 채널 및/또는 보수재(repair compound)의 사출 성형에서, 탄소/흑연 전극에서, 빌딩 물질을 위한 첨가제로서, 탄소/흑연 브릭의 생산을 위해, 탄소/흑연 탬핑 화합물의 생산을 위해, 탄소-결합된 생성물의 생산을 위해, 그리고 촉매로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 티타늄-함유 첨가제의 용도.
