Claims (16)
- 人工心臓弁を位置決めするための送達装置において、
近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、前記近位端部分から前記遠位端部分に至るまで延在している管腔と、前記遠位端部分に形成されている複数の開口部とを有しているシャフトであって、流体が前記管腔及び前記開口部を通じて流れるように構成されている前記シャフトと、
端部分と、前記端部分同士の間に配置されている中央部分と、を有している内側バルーンであって、前記内側バルーンが、前記シャフトの前記遠位端部分に取り付けられており、前記シャフトの前記開口部と流通しており、前記端部分が、前記内側バルーンが単一の前記管腔を介して流体で充填された場合に前記中央部分より半径方向外方に膨張する、前記内側バルーンと、
前記シャフトに取り付けられおり、前記内側バルーンを覆うように配置されている外側バルーンであって、前記内側バルーン及び前記外側バルーンが前記人工心臓弁の内部に配置された場合に、前記内側バルーンが少なくとも部分的に膨張した後に、前記外側バルーンが単一の前記管腔を介して完全に膨張するように構成されている、前記外側バルーンと、
を備えていることを特徴とする送達装置。 - 前記内側バルーンが流体で充填された場合に、前記内側バルーンの前記端部分が、前記外側バルーンが完全に膨張する前に少なくとも部分的に膨張することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。
- 前記内側バルーンが、膨張した場合に犬の骨の形状とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。
- 前記外側バルーンが、完全に膨張した場合に円筒状の形状とされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の送達装置。
- 前記外側バルーンが完全に膨張した場合に、前記外側バルーンが、半径方向において前記内側バルーンから離隔していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。
- 前記内側バルーンが、流体の少なくとも一部分が前記内側バルーンから流出するように且つ前記外側バルーンに流入するように構成されている細孔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。
- 前記内側バルーンが、所定の圧力で破裂するように構成されており、
前記外側バルーンが、前記内側バルーンが破裂した後に完全に膨張するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。 - 前記所定の圧力が、1バール~5バールとされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の送達装置。
- 前記送達装置が、前記シャフトの前記近位端部分に結合されているハンドルを備えており、
前記送達装置が、経大腿送達手術のために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送達装置。 - フレーム、前記フレームによって支持されている弁膜構造、流入端部分、流出端部分、及び、前記流入端部分と前記流出端部分との間に配置されている中間部分、を有している人工心臓弁であって、圧縮状態から拡張状態に至るまで半径方向に拡張可能とされる前記人工心臓弁と、
前記人工心臓弁を前記圧縮状態から前記拡張状態に至るまで半径方向に拡張させるように構成されている送達装置であって、前記送達装置が、
近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、前記近位端部分から前記遠位端部分に至るまで延在している管腔と、前記遠位端部分に形成されている複数の開口部と、を有しているシャフトであって、流体が前記管腔及び前記開口部を通じて流れるように構成されている前記シャフト、
端部分と、前記端部分同士の間に配置されている中央部分と、を有している内側バルーンであって、前記シャフトの前記遠位端部分に取り付けられており、前記シャフトの前記開口部と流通している前記内側バルーン、及び
前記シャフトに取り付けられており、前記内側バルーンを覆うように配置されている外側バルーン、
を備えている、前記送達装置と、
を備えている組立体において、
前記人工心臓弁が、前記圧縮状態において前記外側バルーンを覆うように取り付けられており、
前記人工心臓弁が、前記人工心臓弁の前記流入端部分及び前記流出端部分が前記内側バルーンの前記端部分と位置合わせされるように、且つ、前記人工心臓弁の中間部分が前記内側バルーンの前記中央部分と位置合わせされるように、軸方向において前記内側バルーンに対して相対的に位置決めされており、
前記内側バルーンが膨張された場合に、前記内側バルーンの前記端部分が単一の前記管腔を介して少なくとも部分的に膨張し、
前記外側バルーンが完全に膨張する前に、且つ、前記人工心臓弁の前記中間部分が半径方向に完全に拡張する前に、前記人工心臓弁の前記流入端部分及び前記流出端部分が単一の前記管腔を介して少なくとも部分的に半径方向に拡張することを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記内側バルーンが膨張された場合に、前記内側バルーンの端部分が、球状とされ、前記中央部分に至るまで半径方向内方に先細りになっていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組立体。
- 前記内側バルーンが膨張された場合に、前記中央部分が円筒状とされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組立体。
- 前記外側バルーンが完全に膨張された場合に、前記外側バルーン及び前記人工心臓弁が、半径方向において前記内側バルーンから離隔することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組立体。
- 前記内側バルーンが、前記内側バルーンが所定の圧力に到達する前に、流体の少なくとも一部分が前記内側バルーンから流出するように且つ前記外側バルーンに流入するように構成されており、
前記内側バルーンが、前記所定の圧力で破裂するように構成されており、
前記外側バルーンが、前記内側バルーンが破裂した後に完全に膨張するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組立体。 - 所定の圧力が、1バール~5バールとされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組立体。
- 前記人工心臓弁と前記送達装置とが、経大腿送達手術のために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組立体。
