Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de flavonoïdes comme aromatisants et/ou succédanés du sel. Un mélange de plusieurs flavonoïdes, comme par exemple ceux sélectionnés dans l'oignon, la pomme et le thé sont mélangés de manière à former une composition. La préparation à base de flavonoïdes peut être utilisée comme aromatisant général et comme succédané du sel dans la cuisine familiale et dans l'industrie alimentaire. Une ingestion accrue de flavonoïdes réduit le risque de maladies des artères coronaires.
