Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår 6-fenyl-lH-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-4-karbonitrilderivater som har den generelle formel I:. farmasøytiske preparater omfattende samme, så vel som anvendelse av disse derivater for fremstilling av et medikament for behandling av cathepsin S-og/eller cathepsin K-relaterte sykdommer, så som osteoporose, aterosklerose, inflammasjon og immunlidelser, så som revmatoid artritt, og kronisk smerte, så som nevropatisk smerte.
