Abstract
Los métodos eficientes en memoria determinan los valores de color corregidos de los datos de imagen adquiridos por un secuenciador de ácido nucleico durante un ciclo de llamada base. Dichos métodos pueden: (a) obtener una imagen de un sustrato (por ejemplo, una porción de una célula de flujo) incluyendo una pluralidad de sitios donde se leen las bases de ácidos nucleicos; (b) medir valores de color de la pluralidad de sitios de la imagen del sustrato; (c) almacenar los valores de color en un búfer procesador del uno o más procesadores del secuenciador; (d) recuperar valores de color con fase corregida parcialmente de la pluralidad de sitios, donde los valores de color con fase corregida parcialmente se almacenan en la memoria del secuenciado durante un ciclo de llamada de base inmediato anterior; (e) determinar una corrección de prefase; y (f) determinar los valores de color corregidos.
