Got shipped 2 watches to UK. The Z01 midnight black & Z02, they are cheap plastic watches. The Z02 is not even metal, and the leather strap is stiff and uncomfortable once you have them on. You can get similar ones in Amazon for £16-£19. The Z01 is feather light and plasticky I’d rather spend the £57 on a Sekonda watch.

The ZEPH customer service team were amazing when I had a small issue.
I believe they bent over backwards to address the problem and they resolved this issue promptly.
Customer service like this is very rare!
Plus everyone who sees my new watches are impressed with the styles I chose.

I ordered Egeo and Seal, the order# 8661, was received on time however both watches aren’t working, they stop every few minutes and have to be set. Quite embarrassing. They are just 10 days old and I have emailed the support however haven’t got any acknowledgment or replies. Definitely not buying anymore from them. Deeply hurt and disappointed

Put aside the delivery time,the lunar named watches are definitely not worth buying. They feel cheap and plastic,luckily it was buy one get one free but definitely not worth £57. Other watches are nice but still not worth the money.

Good quality

This was divorce experience I ever had from online shopping. They are totally scam. The quality of the watches is trash. It took almost a month for the delivery instead of the 10 days promise delivery time on their website. The return policies so complicated that you can be sure they will never pay your money back and your responsible for the return cost.

I received my parcel and the update before relieving it was very good and consistent and am very happy with my watches ⌚️ 😀 so thank you.

I absolutely loved my watches. The first time I wore the blue watch I received 2 compliments at dinner. The feel of the watch is amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing the next collection.

I bought a watch from Zeph Watches, and right from day one, things went wrong. During checkout, they stated they used DHL, but instead, they created a shipping label with a completely different courier.
​When I noticed the tracking only showed "Label Created" and hadn't actually moved, I contacted customer service. They brushed me off, telling me not to worry and that it would still arrive on time. Fast forward 10 days later: still no package, and the tracking still only says "Label Created." It never even left their facility.
​The only reason I finally got any action or attention from them was because I escalated the issue and opened a dispute through PayPal. If you do risk buying from them, my strong advice is to only use PayPal, otherwise you will be completely ignored when your item doesn't show up.

Finally got my two watches from Zeph. I am not going to lie I thought it was a scam, but NO!! They are two amazing pieces well finished, perfect size and unique designs. Best purchase ever. I am definitely getting other designs from them. Thank you!!

After wearing an Apple Watch for years, I wanted to give a 'normal' watch another try. Unfortunately, a problem came up after four months of wearing it. However, this was resolved immediately and incredibly well. The service here is absolutely worth 5 stars. Very happy with it!

I've been wearing two of their watches for a while now and overall the experience has been excellent. The design punches well above the price point — clean, considered, and genuinely wearable. But what really sets Zeph apart is how they handle things when something goes wrong.
One of my two watches arrived with a defect. I reached out, and within less than a day they had confirmed the issue and shipped a replacement — no back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through, just a straightforward fix at no extra cost. That kind of response is rare at any price level.
The team is approachable and communicative throughout, which makes a real difference. Shipping does take longer than you might expect, so factor that in — but given the quality of the product and the confidence that comes with knowing they'll stand behind it, it's a wait worth making.
Genuinely recommend them.
