4 stars, only because, the product was good ,(watch) however it was not suitable, advised to send this back via Royal Mail, which cost me £10.95 to return. 6 days later still no refund!
A little disappointed, as other company’s would have sorted out the refund to their customers by now.
Please think about the straight forward QR code, this is much simpler for you and the customer.

We can see that you chose to return the item using your own courier service. For future reference, we do offer heavily subsidised Royal Mail return labels for £3.50, and we’re continuing to improve our returns process to make it as smooth and efficient as possible.
