Hade great costumers assistance I’m pretty sure the nice lady who help me’s name was Catie or Cathy or something like that she was very kind and helpful.

Tool to adjust size defective and got stuck in band..happened with both watches. Contacted company to return and they want $20 to send it back. Said it will be deducted from credit amount. Total scam and junk.

Watch looks good and can size it to your liking. Built in calendar days and days of the week. Over all worth the buy.

Low price for very low quality, bought two for $100 one doesn’t work and other one stoped after one year, called the customer service they said can’t help after certain days, opened one looks very cheap quality

I ordered watches you didn’t have in inventory yet they were on your website and are still on your website. It took me reaching out 3 weeks later to check on the status to hear that they weren’t available.

I had an issue with package delivery and the customer service was excellent at getting my issue resolved.

My email to get my replacement watch was very responsive. I don’t know the guys name. But he was absolutely adequate and met my expectations for a replacement watch. Five star. Great quality. only thing I wish it would come faster from China in the mail.
