Ordered a replacement strap for a watch I bought a few years ago. It was sent swiftly and arrived promptly. Great service.

No issues with delivery, arrived exactly when promised. The watch and band are exactly as described and I’m already getting compliments.

Stunning design of watches, so Scandinavian, Transaction easy, and follow up tracking was excellent.
Watch was well packed in its own box, however the box that this was then placed in for shipping was way too big.The smaller box was moving around, this could have been an easy fix, by putting tissue or foam in the empty area to stop the smaller box constantly rattling around in shipment.

The order was very smooth and easy. Great! service.

Ordering from Nordgreen was a breeze, and my beautiful watch was delivered quickly. One criterion I had for my classic ladies' watch was that the metal did not contain nickel since I am allergic to it. The watch design is dressier than that of my previous watches, and this extra touch of style makes me feel a little classier every day.

I liked the clean lines of this particular model it looks really elegant and works as a watch to be worn daytime through to evening.
As the website states it's the epitome of classic timeless elegance.

The watch (Philosopher) is quite attractive and appears well-made. The 3 link bracelet is also quite nice. The watch has a very clear and clean-look dial and hands. I'm quite happy to have the second hand. The date is tiny and needs bright sunlight for me to read it but it is unobtrusive so not a problem. I was pleased that I could find the information I needed on the website and a question I sent in was promptly answered. I appreciate the customer service! Note that the watch ships from Denmark and is subject to duties that are billed by Fedex. Strongly recommended.

All excellent apart from sending a packet 6”x4” containing a watch strap in a FedEx Lorry!! What’s wrong with the post or at worst DPD/DHL

I have emailed twice, written two reviews, but received no contact.
I have the wrong watch and I want to replace it.
I didn't see that this watch had a fake mother of pearl face. I want the same watch but with a plain face. This was not clear to me when I ordered.
I have spent over a £100 on a watch I will never wear and Nordgreen are not helping me to return it and replace.
There was no return information in the package.

I was looking for a simple, yet classy watch- spent a few hours on different websites, and when I came across this one, I knew this was the watch I wanted . My watch came in a very protective box- beautiful presentation. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. It came with the brown leather band and I ordered a black leather band as well. Wore it last night to a fancy dinner with my husband, and I couldn’t stop looking at it. Easy website, with clear photos. shipped fast. Very satisfied

Always happy to buy from Nordgreen. I bought my watch from Nordgreen a few years and am still delighted with it, and how hard wearing the glass is. Once a year or so I replace the strap. Delivery is always very fast. The only downside was at the moment there seems to be limited stock of straps in my size so there was less choice, but I'm always happy with the quality. I'm always a happy customer!

I have been in touch with you regarding my husbands watch which arrived on Thursday 13 August.
We were unable to set the time, he pulled out the crown but it would only move a little way and then stopped.
I have emailed you and have sent a video showing the fault as requested.
This watch is a birthday present and he is very disappointed!

The watch is great. I paid the extra for express shipping and it still took over a week, but otherwise the product is very good.

Ordering was simple and easy. Watch was exactly as described and I love it. The quality is just what was expected. Delivery was fast and being able to track my package was awesome. The only issue was not being told about the duties and taxes due on delivery. I wish this was more transparent when ordering.

I loved the watch, but after 2 1/2 years the winder fell off.
contacted Nordgreen who say they do not do repairs.

So, I am disappointed that although I love the watch it's going in the bin.

I purchased a watch with metal strap for my husband as a gift and approximately just one year later, the strap has broken. The watch hasn’t even been worn every day, so quite frankly, it isn’t fit for purpose.
Nordgreen’s response was that they don’t cover watch straps with their warranty, and in my opinion it appears that they pay no regard to the consumer rights act which states goods must fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
The Nordgreen website states:
“From day one, we believed a watch should be more than an accessory. It should be a lifelong companion. That is why we focus on longevity, durability, and craftsmanship. Sustainability has always been at the core of Nordgreen, not as a buzzword, but as a principle we continue to improve on.”
There is nothing sustainable about a watch which breaks after one year and in my opinion, “sustainability” has absolutely been used as nothing more than a buzzword by this brand.
