Everything is very good, just basing my review on the cell signal coverage. As an over the road trucker signal seems to be good everywhere except for when passing thru certain areas in Montana, Wyomin... See more

Support is lacking in SmartWatch knowledge
You can't beat the price but I tried twice through Chat (which is the only way you're allowed to do it) to have them help me set up my SmartWatch. Both times I was on with them for over an hour (the first time 2 hours), and they were unable to help me. I think I may have to go back to Verizon where I can get help in-person.
They are a scam
They are a scam. I paid for my service, got the card, went to activate and it said I got to have a credit card. The whilst point in buying a card at best buy is u have no card..promo does not say in spite or online that you have to use a card as well even if your bill is paid.
Visible is absolutely amazing awesome…
Visible is absolutely amazing awesome everything you want in phone service they give you 15 days to try for free then is only $25 a month and if you need assistance they have a program that cuts your bill down to $5 a month for a few months . There’s nothing better out there .

I did a trade-in ($10 value) of my previous Visible phone and chose a new one. This was done on a Saturday when nothing would happen until Monday for the shipping process to start for the new phone. I immediately received an email to start to prepare my old phone for shipping back to the company. My new phone was received on Wednesday and I was able to set it up. Unfortunately I had to go out of town for a few days. Upon my return I clicked on the link in the email to obtain the packing label to send my trade-in back. The link took me to Visible's web site but would not allow me to log in saying my password was incorrect. I kept trying to log in, getting access codes from Visible for several hours without success and after wasting much of my time, worth more than the $10 trade-in and to incur shipping fees to send the trade-in back, I ended up taking my phone to Staples where they accepted it for electronic recycling for free. My old phone and new phone work well but if I ever have to get a new phone again, I will not stay with Visible and will go to another carrier.

No service at my place in Newark I guess it only works in the suburbs . I can’t login into my account half the time
Opened the SIM, then discovered it was unusable — terrible customer experience
I purchased a $20 Visible physical SIM kit from Best Buy for an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. The packaging did not make it clear to me that I needed to verify the phone's IMEI compatibility before opening the package.
After opening it and trying to activate it, Visible's website simply returned "Not Found" for the IMEI — not "device incompatible." I contacted Visible support, and their agent eventually confirmed that the phone was not supported.
Here is where the experience became unacceptable: Best Buy does not accept opened SIM cards for return, while Visible initially told me they could not refund it because I purchased it from Best Buy. So as a customer, I was effectively stuck with a $20 unusable product after discovering the compatibility issue only during activation.
Visible first offered me only a $10 account credit. After a long and frustrating conversation, the agent finally escalated the case and stated that the refund would be $20 and that I should receive a call within 24 hours.
My complaint isn't simply that one phone isn't compatible with Visible. Companies can have compatibility requirements. My issue is the lack of clear disclosure on the retail packaging, the unclear "Not Found" activation error, and the difficulty getting a reasonable resolution for an unused SIM that became nonreturnable once opened.
I have retained the packaging, purchase information, and complete customer-service transcript. I've also filed complaints with the BBB and the Texas Attorney General regarding this experience.
After this experience, I have lost confidence in Visible and am considering moving my existing Visible lines to another provider.
After retiring
After retiring, I switched from Verizon to Comcast/Xfinity to reduce my monthly expenses, but discovered too many dead zones and slow connectivity issues. Then I heard about Visible and was educated as to how some carriers piggyback off Verizon towers and are throttled back during peak periods, but Visible is given preferential treatment being a subsidiary of Verizon. PRICE, SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH VISIBLE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD.
Great price
Great price. Able to access service almost all the time. Data works great. Miss having obvious spam calls not ringing.
Abysmal support options, prepare to be charged monthly with zero recourse outside of your bank. Otherwise, speeds are good and setup is easy. AVOID
Pros: for $45pm unlimited, this is a great roaming option for overseas travellers. Very easy to get the eSIM installed. Fast cellular speeds.
Cons: customer service is IMPOSSIBLE. And they will keep charging your card EVEN WHEN YOUVE DELETED YOUR ACCOUNT. You have no account, so you can’t access AI chat. There’s no email or phone support options. You need to complain on social media like Reddit. They’ll DM you on Reddit and provide a single-click link for chat - NOT FOR AUTHENTICATION - for chat support. If you even preview that link it expires. Connection drops? You need a new link to start again. But when you finally waste hours of your time and stay on the self-destruct chat link, THERE’S NO ACCOUNT so AI can’t help. Oh, they can bill you, so there’s an account. But you can’t authenticate it.

I want to disconnect their internet…
I want to disconnect their internet service which is horrible. You cannot disconnect internet on their site without disconnecting your phone service. In order to disconnect internet service only you have to speak with a live chat rep. When you try to speak to a live chat rep no one chat rep ever chats in. You sit on wait with it say you are #1 in the cue and your estimated wait time is one minute. What a complete line of BS and waste of time. I like the phone service but their internet and customer service sucks beyond belief.
Strong signal even the cheapest one
Strong signal even the cheapest one. I have the $25 one and my son has the $45 he is so happy with from the beginning, we don’t believe in the pro, but now we can confirm that the signal is a strongest es unlimited, premium data For sure is not a lie so I confirm. And I recommend this company.
I had a horrible experience with this…
I had a horrible experience with this provider. Signed up, ported out from pevious provider, and could not get activated. Experienced a lot of technical glitches and the bot chat was extremely frustrating and useless. No human support whatsoever. By far my VERYworst customer service experIence EVER!!! Eventually had to transfer to another provider after almost 6 hours of troubleshoiting to no avail.
I really wish I had heard about Visible…
I really wish I had heard about Visible a few years ago, that money could have went to something else!
Was easy to get started. We are very pleased!
This company has no customer support…
This company has no customer support and I have been locked out of my own account for a week. VISIBLE YOU ARE NOT.
UPDATE: after this review my account is working now. Only complaint I have had. Visible is a good service we have been using it for a few years now.
SWITCH TO VISIBLE NOW
I literally recommend you guys to everyone. I travel everywhere for work and even in the boonies I don’t get service on my work phone but I get service on my personal. It took no time to transfer from ATT to you guys and it was the easiest process ever. I’m making my boyfriend sign up starting next month. You cannot beat the the price. And I also have unlimited data. Insane how good it is. I tell everyone when they complain about their phone plan.
Hands down the best plans out there
Hands down the best plans out there. It took me 10 minutes to port my number and start service. I switched my other phone as well. I looked at some other pre-pays since I own the phone and their plans were outrageous. Completely unlimited and is the best service I have gotten. Their online support is the best I've ever dealt with. You must look at Visible. $19 per month and that includes taxes and fees. Unlimited everything. I've had excellent, perfect reception and data. I'm telling everyone about them. As messed up as their parent company (Verizon) is, Visible has it all together. Same exact Unlimited service for a third of the price. Get Visible.
Ordered a new phone
Ordered a new phone, needed it for a work trip. UPS attempted delivery 2 hours before their delivery window and I was not home (even though I would have been home 30 minutes before their delivery window). They were unable to change the delivery options for me to pick up due to Visible restricting those options. Reached out to Visible and they do not allow any changes to deliveries through UPS even though I’ve already paid for the order and it is my property. Their resolution was - let them attempt 3 times and they’ll send it back to us and you’ll be refunded and have to start the process of purchasing a new phone again. They couldn’t “let me change my delivery options because of policy”. Honestly, it’s typical Verizon bull shit. Good luck! Lost a customer.
