Great service.

All the representatives I worked with to get my account up and running were efficient, respectful, king, and well spoken. I was so very grateful that I was able to see that my fellow Americans were the ones that were working these positions! What a wonderful experience to be able to communicate and be understood.

You hosed up my phone and told me the only way to resolve the problem was to reset my phone. I switched to Pure Talk. Thanks for nothing. You should be gone by now.

They have the greatest customer service. They went over everything about what I needed and were very helpful on the questions I asked. I had no problems setting up the phone. If your looking for a new provider, or wanting to change providers. This is the way to go. They are very professional.

Last time I called in the lady that helped me didn't know why my phone wasn't working but after I got off phone I figured out why it wasn't working.

The first call could have been more informative so that when we received our new phones, getting all connected would have gone smoother. All of the representatives that helped us get connected were very helpful and polite. Nice to work with.

Personnel are friendly and helpful, but signal in my area is generally weak and unreliable, and generally non-existent outside my house away from my signal booster

It works lower price and conservative

Price is drifting but service has been good.

My phone service was spotty. I struggled getting internet while away from a WiFi source. Somehow my wife used way more data with Patriot than she did with Spectrum, doing the exact same thing. I tried to get help online, through the app and phone support (I was on hold 20-30 minutes at a time). It was enough that after a couple of weeks I had to change services (even though I had paid for a month AND an activation fee). I’m with Pure Talk and have had zero issues and no activation fee.

Everything is great so far. Glad I called Patriot Mobile. Lost my service from an entity that was having trouble.

It took a little extra... maybe because I live in a rural area. But Patriot Mobile did whatever it took and I am truly happy with my service!

Patriot Mobile services are perfect.. I've always had perfect phone service with them and adding my business phone line to my cell was great. It was quick and easy and it's working great on my cellphone.
