We ordered a TV bench from VidaXL
We ordered a TV bench from VidaXL. The photos on website did not show the pattern this TV bench had. The color looked flat black. Upon arrival we saw the patent which we did not like.
When we started assembling the bench, the pieces of particle board appeared to be of extremely poor and cheap quality. Almost as thin as a paper. If you put a wrong screw in a door and have to take it out, the door will just crumble.
It’s just very low quality material and I will not recommend anyone buying such furniture.

I bought a product from the VIDAXL brand, it was the cheapest in the store, but still very expensive. The quality of the product isn't worth even half that money. Next time I'll buy from TEMU, without a doubt.

Easy to order, but not so easy if things are not as you thought will be
They should share more details about products and they need to be faster with resolving complaines from customers. After couple of months back and forward, one lady took the case and resolve it in short time, so it is possible.

Amazing customer support
I got my order in one week and the packaging was great.
Even though the product was great quality, I couldn’t use it because of wrong size (my bad).
Their customer support was just amazing, supported me immediately and in one day I got my refund.
Definitely, when I will need some their products again, I will order from them

Promised refund not paid
I returned my order and was clearly informed that the refund would be processed within the agreed timeframe.
Despite this confirmation, the refund has not been paid.
I have contacted the company several times by email, but no action has been taken.
Failing to return a confirmed refund and ignoring customer messages is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Poor Customer Service and No Respect for Consumer Rights
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with vidaXL regarding a warranty claim. When I referred to my legal rights under Norwegian consumer law, vidaXL repeatedly refused to acknowledge or follow them. The process turned into endless emails, delayed responses, and unhelpful suggestions. Whenever I mentioned the law, they avoided taking responsibility altogether. It was time-consuming, frustrating, and showed a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend vidaXL.

Nice design, but poor surface quality
I bought a storage box for above the bed. I liked the design, and I couldn’t find this model on other websites. The price was reasonable, the packaging was good, and the assembly instructions were clear.
However, the surface quality is very poor. It feels like something made to be placed inside a closet rather than as a finished exterior. I ordered the white color. Moreover, I think because of packaging convenience, the product was made with too much of small pieces which was unnecessary.
✅Edit: Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I have received the email from you, and replied that I don't want to return it and you offered a 200 krones of coupan. Actually I need to buy a shelf but how can be sure about the surface quality? 😊

The site did not manage to finalize the…
The site did not manage to finalize the order so i tried twice, and they charged me twice without finalizing the order. I sent mail right after and they still managed to send both, now they want me to monitor the return of the package to get a refund. If you read this my recommendation is to never buy anything from this site.

Customer service was good, but the product was a nightmare
Customer service was good, but the product was a nightmare. I did not expect to receive a parcel containing 19 pieces to assembly. Not at that price!
The drawing/pictures were difficult to understand. In some cases the drawing was incomplete or plain wrong. All the prefabricated holes for screws and bolts were too small. I had to spend hours just making them bigger with a screwdriver! Never again!
