They're customers service is to slow. I canseled one of the products on my order after 36 hours, they responded after one week that it was to late because the order was on its way. Now they want me to pay NOK 300,-to return it. This is really bad treatment of a customer, I will never buy anything from them again!

Difficult to contact them by phone
It is very difficult to contact them. They cannot be reached by phone. I get a response by e-mail in 3-4 days. If there is a problem with the product or I want to return the product, it is impossible to reach them. The 14-day cancellation period is used up and you have no option to cancel. I am absolutely locked out and can do nothing. Their website is very bad. They say that you can contact them in Sweden, but the phone number on the Norwegian website does not work either. Please do not buy from them, they are not a serious website.

I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company.
My order was delayed by almost a month, and communication with customer service was very poor. Responses took a long time, and the information provided was insufficient and unclear.
After receiving the product, I requested a return of an unused item in its original packaging, but encountered significant difficulties in the communication process. I am still trying to resolve this issue and have been waiting for a response for the past 7 days.
I am very disappointed with the overall experience, from the delivery process to customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Dealproffsen.no

I ordered a tractor toy for my son's birthday. On the website fast delivery with in 2-5 days in Norway. On day 5 no information received, but the money was taken from my account. I contacted them and got a reply that they will follow up ASAP. Don't buy on this website unless you are willing to wait months for your delivery.
I want a full refund!.

Scam. Cheats with returns.
The item was a laundry basket and it looked very cheap compared to the pictures. I send it back with paying 200kr , but they did not even accept the package nor return the money.

My order number is 441200 - I would say this is a scam company and advice anyone to stay away or hold your money back from dealing with this company becsue they are not trustworthy and scam. Like I have been writing them via email and reviewed here as well and i have 3 different people contacting me saying we are trying to solve your delivery problme and has been like this for more than a week now and I ordered 4 April and it says 3-5 days arrival time but now almost May I have not received anything. The best part is that you won't see get drip of my money as I hold it back unless I recived the item klarna will not pay you back. So in this sense I am safe at least I am saved when it comes with my money but the bad part is I won't start the project I plan on time due to not getting my staff. Anyway please stay away from this company.
