Year before, they were ok, customer support worked, deliveries almost on schedule. Now, its a chaos, no customer support, telephone support for Norway is offline, deliveries are not on schedule, when you place an order, nobody knows when you get it. Now its 14 days passed without delivery date. They advertised maximum 6 days delivery time, they still dont know when it will be sent, neither package is added in frakt company. Its a chaos. My wife ordered also hege benk and she got it in 15 days, with advertisement for delivery in 3-6 business days, same like this. This company is going down day by day.

Over a period of 4 months, I waited for a soft play set for our daughter which never arrived, and received very little support from customer service during the process.
After missing both a birthday and Christmas (6 weeks from order date) and still no dispatch, I was told the product was actually "out of stock" even though it had been when we originally ordered it.
As a result, I was advised to choose something else from the site but prices had increased (we originally purchased during a sale) and no price match for our original order was offered.
Eventually got a full refund but won't be using the site again. Incredibly slow customer service and really hit and miss whether you'll actually receive what you paid for.
Grateful to have gotten our money back because I started to worry the site was a scam.

I ordered a tent, it said fast delivery and it was supposed to come in 5 days. I oreded it on Thursday and we planned to go camping 10 days after the ordered was placed. For 7 days I got no emails about the order and on my page on their website there were no changes. So on the 8th day I sent them a message canceling the order and canceled it from their website as well. I bought another tent from other store and we went on our camping tour. After 5 days when we were back and it is after 15 days, I got notification that the order is out for delivery. Their return policy requires the buyer to stand for the return. I went to the post office and ordered a return parcel that cost me 600kr. I thought it is unfair and since the I am trying to get into contact to their customer service to get compansation. I think they didn't deliver it on time and didn't cancel the order either, so they should stand for the return price. I am still trying to get in touch with them. They don't answer the emails and return the phone calls. Strongly not recommend!!!

The product was delivered by my door by a pleasant staff. The waiting period was short. Thank you for your kind service.

Tricky CD/DVD tower. Hard to assemble without instructions. No answer what so ever from customer "service", exept we´ll be in touch... Hard to send instructions these days via email.
Lots of shells and 10 different little bags full of bits and pieces.

I have yet to receive a garden hammock that was purchased Friday June 19th 2026. Have constantly asked for tracking details and have not received them. I don’t even want the product anymore

(Update: cancel the order and refund me my money. I don’t want the item anymore)

I ordered bookshelf and didn’t get confirmation email not in the payment day, not the next day. Decided to check reviews here on trustpilot and started to think that it is a scam. I wrote them that I want cancel order but it was already dispatched (still with no confirmation). As a result my order came in a week and bookshelf is already in my room. Totally satisfied

I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company.

My order was delayed by almost a month, and communication with customer service was very poor. Responses took a long time, and the information provided was insufficient and unclear.

After receiving the product, I requested a return of an unused item in its original packaging, but encountered significant difficulties in the communication process. I am still trying to resolve this issue and have been waiting for a response for the past 7 days.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience, from the delivery process to customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Dealproffsen.No

The website stated a 3-day delivery time, but it took three weeks for the product to arrive, by which point it was no longer needed. To make matters worse, they were unresponsive to my messages when I wasn't receiving a tracking number in time. They also charge a fee if you don't pick up the package, and they expect the customer to pay for return shipping. Furthermore, they only offer a 1-year warranty, despite Swedish law mandating a 3-year right to complaint. Poor business practices overall.

Ordered products ages ago, of which was only partially delivered. When asking them about the remaining order, they say they will come back to me with information, but they never do.

Time passes, and no information is given. I ask for my money back, which they claim they will accommodate. More time passes, and i have not received my full delivery nor gotten my money back. When i ask about getting my money back again, or any information about this process, they no longer respond. Over 10 days have passed as of writing this since they stopped responding.

I cannot recommend a company that takes your money without delivering what you have ordered, and then refuses to communicate to you about getting your money back.

Unless you want to do as i do, and be forced to escalate matters with your bank to get your money back, shop elsewhere instead.

Took many weeks until an order was shipped. As it was no longer relevant due to a delay, returned an item and received written confirmation of a refund back in January 2026. It is now June and I have still not received anything, despite following up multiple times. No explanation, no payment. Had to escalate to Forbruker Europa to get anywhere. Would not shop here again

I made the mistake to use Dealproffsen for two purchases. The first one was not informed to me it was sent, nor that it had came to my hometown, sent back to Dealproffsen and when I told them I did not get anything they requested me to pay money for getting it again....

But that was the easy occasion! For my second purchase it was stated on their homepage that it was going to be delivered within 1-3 banking days. That was 22 of April!!! I have tried to get some answers for more then a month. In the end I demanded to stop the order - No response! All suddenly after 1 1/2 month it was sent to me even though I had informed them about cancellation 4 times during 3 weeks, no answers! Now after almost 2 months I got money back from Klarna, but still had to pay 400 SEK for the postage.......Seems like they have put this false expectations and silence into some kind of system!

Worst customer service ever. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not spend your money with this company - shop someplace else.
The product I ordered arrived with significant damage, which I suspect it had when they shipped it out as someone had placed several layers of tape over the holes in the box. They offered me 10% off the original price if I would keep it. This garbage can cost 1000 nok and I will have to hammer out the large dent before I can properly use it. Therefore, I declined and asked them to send me a return label (per their website). It has been 3 weeks since I first asked for a return label and I still have received no assistance. This company either needs to improve their customer service or go out of business.

I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for a response from your claims department. As I have told your colleague, I do not have time to wait on your claims department, nor should I have to. The item I ordered arrived with significant damage. If I had purchased this from any other company, I would be able to return for a full refund - no questions asked. Your apology is worthless without actual assistance.

I ordered some outdoor tables 2 weeks ago and I was not able to get any information about delivery times or the tracking number. The staff replied ”oh so your items didn’t arrive? too bad.” and nothing else. now I am hoping for a refund but it is very difficult to get any type of feedback from them. avoid this company at all costs.
