The quality of their products is not extraordinary but it's not terrible either. The products arrived in 6 weeks but they had stated they will ever since the beginning. A bit expensive given the quality but overall ok. Excellent communication with the transporter.

The pressed wood frame cracked in half along the sides, first on the left side, then on the right. Had to improvise to hold the bed up while waiting for parts to fix it. Kept getting the wrong parts from them, in 3 shipments. The seller has used up their attempts to try to fix it, I want my money back but the customer service is useless.

It`s gone a month since I placed an order, that I am yet to recieve. It says when ordering, that I would recieve it within a few days, not weeks. When calling their customer service, they appear totally careless. This is truly a sh.. company, with the worst service ever!

I recently purchased the Merinoz Desk 150 cm with storage. Unfortunately, the product did not match the pictures or description on the website. The images make it look like the shelves are spacious enough to hold books, but in reality they are extremely narrow and almost unusable. The height measurements are also inaccurate – the website only shows the desk height, not the dimensions of the shelves themselves. This information is very important and should be clearly stated.

For those curious about delivery: the website states 4–6 weeks, and we received the desk after 5 weeks and 5 days, which was within the promised timeframe.

I was so wary after reading so many negative reviews. We knew when we ordered it would take some months to receive our table which was fine as we weren’t moving til then! The item was as described, well packaged and delivered as specified when we ordered! I love the table, great quality for the price we paid! Don’t be scared of the reviews if you’ve done your research, and are aware of the long delivery time

Ordered a desk. Desk was very poor quality. We were given glue to glue the sides of the drawers together. Also all pieces were super cheap, and made of basically cardboard. Super cheap, but very expensive, never again

Please respect yourself and do not order from this website. They do not care about customers.
They provide a fake delivery time, and every week they just keep extending it without any update.
You’re forced to contact them every single day to ask:
• “When will my order arrive?”
• “Why didn’t you inform me of the delay?”

They just delay again and again—and eventually try to push you to cancel the order yourself.
If you value your self-respect and mental health, do not ever order from them.
Terrible service. Absolutely not recommended

Not a lot to choose from . It looks like a display room rather than a store.it is the first in Norway and may be it is a start. But the online catalogue is better than what you get at the shop. The don't have many of the products stated at the catalogue in this store. They are only available for online order in their websites.

Vi kjøpte en spisestuepakke, og bordet var dessuten veldig høyt i forhold til stolene.

Det er lite bærekraftig å måtte kaste en dyr spisestue etter bare noen få år. Veldig skuffende, Trademax

I buy a bed in oct 2022 and mattress get shrink in June 2024. I start complain to it. First they said my product is over two years so they can’t compensate me. After finding their mistake that it’s under two year they said it can’t be shrink itself so they reject my claim.

Bought a tv console set with coffee table in black and brown color
4 full size packages, two pieces of papers for mounting and bad quality material of mounting
Extremely difficult to mount on a real wall.
Only order if u have at least 3 days to figure their mounting out and wood walls otherwise you will be left with a lot of mounting and self driven solutions

Very bad experience.

My recent experience with Trademax.no has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's essential to share my ordeal with others. The deliberate misinformation provided is a clear indication of their lack of integrity and respect for their customers' time and trust. It's profoundly disappointing to see a company engage in such deceptive practices.

In all my years of shopping online, I have never encountered such a nightmarish scenario. The rude customer service, unauthorized charges, and dishonesty about shipping dates have left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Trademax.no to think twice and explore alternative options. The risks of dealing with their appalling behavior far outweigh any potential benefits. They can threaten you on the calls as well.

Yes, delivery takes a bit longer than said on the website. In my case 3.5 weeks which was absolutely fine with me. The sofa is good value for the price and I'm very happy with it.

Bad quality , bad service.
Not recommended.
Buy online if you are at store physically and know exactly what you buying but still you will find soon what you bought.

Great service and quality, deliver earlier than expected

After about 4 years of normal use one side of the bed has started collapsing, creating a huge dent and bulging out on the side. Trademax has been extremely rude and unhelpful and does not take responsibility. Take a look at the support and claims registration on their site - there isn't even a category for poor quality, the closest you get is "fabrication error", but when registering this issue they say that poor materials is not a "fabrication error". That they won't even let you register a claim because their product quality is lousy and their products doesn't even last a few years and they won't take any responsibility says it all I think, it's an admission of poor quality, and I won't ever buy anything from Trademax ever again. Neither should anyone else who wants their stuff to last a reasonable amount of time.

We found an excellent and kind support at the shop

Hi i am disoppointed with the sofa i bought from because the buttons on the sofa are just fake, in couple of days to of the unroted easily, i can send a photo of them if you need as attachment, how man pays this large amount of money for something which makes unsatisfyed goods. Am sure in couple of months many of the buttons will remove. In Addition we bought also a bed which costs 15000 in my wife s account, it has USB PORT charger in one side but it does not work, why is it there if does not work? Just for reclamastion. Any way never expected like this. I want what kind of solution you are going to do?
I am waiting reasonable answer with a solution.

Good website with good different options to execute purchase , very good payment option for installment. Hope delivery service will be good as well.
Rewriting after receiving the order: not a smooth process between order placement and order receiving, had to follow up and delays of 2-3 weeks seemed normal. Chairs received in wrong color and quality of bed (lucky) was poor compared to price. All in all, average quality products vs price and long delivery time.
