Proper customer care
We’ve had this system for a few years now and most of the time it’s fantastic Alarm response is very quick.
It’s reassuring, especially when you’re away from home and can view your cameras.
However, there’s been a few occasions where we’ve had trouble with the Arlo app. This is the downfall of the service as a whole as the customer service here isn’t good. There’s also been one issue from Verisure that wasn’t on course to be solved in a timely manner.
The company should be very thankful then that the staff are committed and value their customers more than they do. Any problem I’ve had has mainly been solved by the man who installed the system. He meant it when he said to give him a call if we had any issues that weren’t sorted. Wayne Cosway,
Leeds 041 has gone above and beyond expectations in order to keep us feeling safe with the system. He’s really put time and effort into sorting out issues that have been complex, when “computer has said no” in customer services.
Wayne would easily smash a 5 star review from us, but Arlo score 3, which brings the total to 4.
Hopefully, other installers are as committed as Wayne, because without him, we would have got fed up and left. Verisure should be grateful for staff like this.

The alarm usually works well BUT
The alarm usually works well. There is some poorly designed aspects of the detection pipeline that could be made better. Someone broke into my house from the window with the vibration sensor and it went off now since there are no sensors or cameras apart from that one in the bedroom they just stayed quiet for a while since the hub uses microphone to identify if there is people in the room and then just waited until the alarm turned off and then stole everything we had in the bedroom. But to be fair, the alarm always works when I forget to turn it off and open my front door.

I've had Verisure for about 2 years and I've been really happy with the product and service. I haven't had any issues with the product and I have found the customer service to be exceptional and fast when I had a question or needed help with something. I would absolutely recommend this alarm service!

Trying to cancel the contract and get…
Trying to cancel the contract and get the system removed is an absolute nightmare. 2.5 weeks now been trying to get it sorted. Customer service does not exist. The original call following the WhatsApp chat consisted of how was my house move going and could the new property owners or a family take it over. No was my reply want it removed. No mention of 2 months cancellation fee and that someone will call me. Week later got a call asking how I was finding the service being provided. No mention of cancellations and removing system. Was told the call would be listened too and would get a call back with an update. Guess what no callback. Told them in 1st call system needs to be out before 28april. Been offered 5.5.26 and 19.5 26 between 8am and 8pm. Not acceptable. Any suggestions on how I can get this removed by 28april 2026
