The team that installed the service at my property in Italy were great. Cannot find any faults. But unfortunately the system itself (it is quite expensive) has a lot of bugs and false alarms (like a mouse in the cellar sets it off). Then when - just one month after the system installed - there was a real incident with a gang vandalising the property and stealing copper drain pipes and outdoor light fixtures - the surveillance cameras malfunctioned and there were no images of the perpetrators. The police just rolled their eyes when this crime was reported. I am paying euro 150 a month after the installation fee costing several thousand. First impressions of the service are not good at all. Seems all the Verisure signs posted around the property do not deter thieves and the external surveillance cameras are not reliable. And there has been no apology or taking any responsibility for their faulty system

Very professional service
Yesterday I had my new Verisure alarm system fitted by Paul Kelly from the Grays branch. From the moment I met Paul he was nothing but helpful, reassuring and totally professional. No hard sell tactics and no hidden costs. My alarm was fitted within a couple of days of me receiving and agreeing the cost, and the process was totally seamless. Paul went through everything, checking exactly what I needed and once installed he gave a full and comprehensive demonstration of everything I needed to know to work the system. I feel much safer knowing I now have access to a 24/7 monitoring service, and would highly recommend this company.
