No cancellation policy. No complaints policy and selective hearing.
Verisure have no empathy or customer care skills. Disturbingly, they do not have a complaints policy. They are not customer orientated ... its all about the money.
It is almost impossible to cancel the service. After just a few weeks I called to cancel and they decided not to accept my request. A year later, they bullied me into paying over £100 for them to cancel my contract. I paid the money to get them out of my life. Very disturbing. Should not be able to operate in the UK as not FCA regulated and do not care about UK law.

The customer service is absolutely horrendous, been trying to cancel the policy since November, every time I phone up I manage to pass security but when through to cancellations I fail and get HUNG UP ON!!!!!! Bearing in mind im on the phone every time for over 15mins!!!
Call back from complaints department and that is also a NO!!!

Verisure services are extremely poor. And they dont keep thier end of
Up. Of an agreement They charge u for services that your not receiving. And then they come out dont do the job right thry expect u to pay for it. What all that about unreliable unprofessional. Services not recommended.

New Power supply for my alarm system
Called for an engineer because the power supply had failed in my system and Adina was great. As well as replacing the power supply she did a thorough health check and replaced batteries on sensors where they were getting low.

It’s all very well and good when you…
It’s all very well and good when you have the service… but just try to leave. I couldn’t get through to cancel for ages so I stopped payment and that’s when they wanted to talk to me. Eventually cancelled the service only to be told it would take 2 months! They tried everything to keep me resorting to passive aggressive statements.And as for the outstanding payment they hounded me every day until i payed.
So be aware, its a great service when you have it, but when you want to leave take note.
