Crap support and delivery tracking
No tracking information, my order says it is delivered, however, nothing has arrived at the address I entered. Support has been crap, just back and forth with Virtual assistants and generic responses saying their internal team is investigating. Still no update on my package.

I got sticker shock when i had to pay extra custom fees when i paid a mandatory upfront $50 extra for "fees" what ever that means. It worked out technically but felt very clinical

I figure the Service Fee was maybe custom costs?
New Zealand Customs sent email to say i have to pay a Duty (First time ever i have had to pay a duty)
There was no disclaimer for applicable duties cost as they claimed.
This is no biggie as it was only a few dollars but its an extra step that they should have managed like most other companies like Amazon, Aliexpress Temu etc.
Wont put me off using ubuy again but its a thing to remember. Because if you dont get back to customs they will send the item back.

Product a rip off, a copy and disgustingly overcharged
While delivery etc was timely and went well. The product sent is a rip off of the original soap, most of the active ingredients are absent. The product sent was not the one described and effectively useless.
The invoice came to 43.94 usd , inc $10.00 Us for postage, converted to NZD 74.97 . I was charged 167.25 NZ.
I have been scammed, more fool me. Not again and recommendations to stay away to any and all.

FULL REVIEW PROCESS STEP BY STEP ( CHECK UPDATES )
Just recently placed an order. The product is moving swiftly through shipping only hold up is a small import fee. ( I obviously did not do a thoroug read through to see the fee part)
Being my item is small the fee could double for bigger items. Not to sure how that works but the fee must be made by you before customs release your parcel.
Just wanted to make that part clear..

The item I ordered was a custom removable denture. It is quite obvious that you would need to do a mold then ship it off for the tooth to be made.
(It does state this on the product images on the website)
I called about it and was referred to contact them through email.
I did that and got a reply a day later in spanish might i add.
I was asked to fill out a
"quotation form " when the problem at hand was me needing a shipping bag so my molds could be sent back to the lab to start the process of making my tooth.
It states on the instructions that it is a bit hard for the tooth to be made if the molds dry out and as of today they have been sitting for 36 hours .
Will update when they get back to me.

There was no thorough research on the product I purchased. Turns out the company they purchased my product from stated "The medical supplies can not be shipped internationally" which they are referring to the mold..
The crazy part is the original company ubuy is reselling from offered the same services but directly through them?
I triple checked that the items can be sent internationally and they gave me a thumbs up.
Not to sure whats going on there but ubuy did give me a full refund and I honestly would purchase through them again just nothing of the nature of my first purchase.
The shipping is tremendous but the emailing and getting a reply 24-48 hours is sooo bad especially when you order things that are needed within a timeframe.
