You should specify this when I'm buying from your Internett page or you should include it. Thisnwas not fun, if i haden't pay, i wouldent receive anything.

Faulty item. The top part of the fan I ordered does not fit, it looks like it belonged to a different fan. PLus the fan looks slightly different from the picture.

Ubuy's warnings that the rice cooker I bought is unsuitable for the voltage in my country were very difficult to spot on their web site. Then they refused to process a return (on an unopened package) only 9 days after I received delivery, claiming the 'window had closed'.

Customer service is good but the long shipping times are spoiling my experience. Especially since the shipping cost more than the item!

Vaishali and Nadeem were great with the support they give me for an order that I made. I sadly ordered a wrong size and Nadeem promptly changed it and confirmed it was updated. Vaishali, who picked it up next day confirmed that the updated size was in the order. Thank you Nadeem for your prompt help and reassurance and Vaishali for double checking it!

Terrible experience and extremely frustrating customer service.
There are obvious inconsistencies between Ubuy's order information, shipping documents, and the actual payment amount. I contacted customer service to ask them to explain the discrepancy.
Instead of investigating the issue, they simply repeated the same scripted response and sent another invoice.
They completely ignored the actual question.
No accountability. No real investigation. No explanation. Just repetitive copy-and-paste replies.
I understand that customs requirements can vary, and Ubuy does have a brief disclaimer about customs. But that does not excuse inconsistent documentation or customer service refusing to address a legitimate problem.
This website seems to be only interested in collecting your money and leaving you to deal with the consequences afterward.
It feels like a scam. Avoid Ubuy.

Really helpful and quick in responding back

Order placed out of US store delivery to Matagalpa Nicaragua. Aftershave balm and vitamins $100.00 + $60.00 DHL delivery to door. Never delivered. Customer service states items Ubuy sells for delivery prices including duty is in "customs hold" status. Ubuy informs that a customs broker must be engaged to get order released by customs. How can Ubuy sell items for delivery in Nicaragua that are restricted or possibly illegal in Nicaragua? Ubuy is responsible for knowing what can and cannot be sold in Nicaragua. I would rate my Ubuy experience a negative 10 if I could. Do not purchase from Ubuy. Shop Amazon or eBay for delivery to experienced, consolidators/forwarders.

It turns out the nendroid we just received is a bootleg... it was advertised as genuine for €32,-
We payed in total around €60 extra for shipping, customs and taxes. So in total a fake €5 worth toy cost more than €90,-
My 9 year old payed this all from her own pocket money. I feel totally ripped off and tried to contact ubuy support to ask for a full refund of all costs made. After messaging a AI assistant I was referred to: customer-uploadsthere where you have to add foto’s as proof.
Since the maximum mb is 5. I have made every screenshot 20% (smallest) and I still can't upload them. The submit button won't work.

At last... also mailing is not an option since the submit button (again) won't work!
I am so disappointed and frustrated ringt now.

Ngl. I took a punt on this for Sierra Leone and came up smelling roses. Took a fair bit to get there, but it did (and was tracked the whole way). Easy to use service…almost too easy (hence the doubt!). Product confirmed arrived today in good nick.
Pricey? Yes, and not exactly express, but would definitely use again if I needed to and would recommend in the circumstances. Not bad at all. ☺️

The item appears to have been used. It doesn't work and paid more than the cost of the item for shipping and custom because we really love this item. We bought once elsewhere before and fell in love, but this was a huge disapoinment. Will be asking for a full refund.

Everything was good

I paid $90 for a $20 item to be shipped from USA to Cambodia. I was sad to receive the receipt from DHL that stated that shipping was $20. Which means the other $50 went to Ubuy for being a mediator. I think that is excessive, so I won't purchase anything else from Ubuy again. Thankfully, I didn't have to pay customs. The item also was delivered much later than the estimated delivery date before purchase.

Made and order and sent the payment, then the next day they send me an email asking for an extra £104 because they miscalculated the shipping cost. It’s a scam don’t buy from here.
