I believe iHerb has merged or bought VitaCost, which I used for many years. Now I am placing orders directly through the iHerb website. Their website is easy to navigate and customer interface is excellent. Very prompt and careful shipping, even better than VitaCost.

I had to 1 star but really didn't want to give any. I ordered through the internet 3 items entered my delivery and payment details to open an account which I thought was a one of, but I now find this was going to be a monthly order whether I want it or not, have cancelled any further payments as went through PayPal, but the big issue was somehow the address was incorrect as the post code was incorrectly added, so ivre, the courier supposed service couldn't deliver, despite days of trying ing to contact either company to try and rectify the problem there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever, the reply email from iherb doesn't exist, the robot you speak doesn't understand the problem I will never use these 2 companies again neither will I recommend them, absolutely diabolical service

I purchased a pack of Nordic omega 3 and Curcumin capsules from a company called Dolphin Fitness based in the UK, on 14 July and paid for the postage. On Sunday 19th I thought this thing is taking too long coming (estimated 21st) and usually long delivery means it’s coming from China and it’s counterfeit so I cancelled it and purchased one from iHerb at 4pm Sunday with free delivery. It arrived Wednesday morning on day 3 after purchase, all the way from California. It’s incredible and amazing

I miss Vitacost. There prices are no better then buying locally. There delivery, Vitacost always delivered to my door. This last delivery was left in a post box with food and medicine --- guess what IT MELTED. I will NOT buy from them again.

Good products, good value for the money, very fast shipment. And a very well organized web shop, a pleasure to shop and search for products and their variants.
Only downside: Payment of import fees (or taxes) that could be avoided for shipments under CHF 65. But the good service makes me forgiving this, and the costs for this are so low that in the end I don't really care...

The delivery person did not knock on the door. I mentioned this the last time on my order. The Snack bars melt if the driver doesn’t knock on tbe door to allow the customer to get the item. I just happened to hear the gate opening in my porchZ
