I used the discount of 30% and bought also for my daughter and grandchildren what they needed. I am from Israel and in less then a week I got my order. Everything packed carefully to avoid damage. I am very satisfied.

Good prices and fast delivery. Too fast as was counting on the date but came 2 days too early.

I am officially giving up on ordering from this company. The products are good but the shipping process is not good. I wait up to six weeks for a package to arrive and the last time i ordered i had moved house, ordered through the site that asked me to sign in to go further, I did, forgetting my address had changed and it did not give me any chance to review the address before checkout, it just charged me and it was done. I contacted these guys within hours of my order, probably two hours. They told me it had been sent with courier already and gave me a tracking number to track and to change the address n my side. Rude. The package sat in their warehouse or wherever it sits for a full 3 days before going anywhere. They could have relabeled. They could change their site so this kind of things doesn't happen but they don't. Iv never had a good shipping experience with these guys.

Prices are always very good and service and shipping is prompt.

My products was not delivered.. I was unable to speak to a person. This is an aweful experience.

I received only one item of the two I ordered, and only found out that you had cancelled one on delivery of the other. Given that several emails were sent, I would have hoped that you could have indicated earlier that you were only despatching one. I had to look up my Orders page after the event to discover that one had been cancelled. Confidence, hitherto high, somewhat eroded.

Apparently they tried to deliver it twice, which is odd as I am here all the time and they haven't and now they say its somewhere to be picked up and I cant pick it up as I am disabled and cant get out. Avoid this company altogether.

Good product quality, reasonable prices and fast delivery.

I like the products offered and the price points. The issue I have and had in the past is the shipping, it improved however my recent order arrived in a box but the items were just thrown in. The body wash was in a plastic bag but the bottle top was loose and the body wash spilled inside the bag. Also the lotion top came loose as well inside the box.
A little more care in packing please.

It worked out great,prices, services , delivery was a day early.

Good products and prices, but on my first multi-item order:

1. Three items cancelled, I assume due to lack of inventory
2. One item missing, even though I was charged for it
3. One item included that I didn't order

Not a great start, but they approved my request for refund on the missing item right away, so kudos for that.

Hopefully this is just an anomaly and my future orders will be accurate.

I like the good value on a wide range of products. iHerb changed carriers recently and now I am having delivery problems. To make matters worse, their customer service appears to be a robot that puts you into an endless loop of nonsense. I think a human finally intervened but also does not seem to be able to propose a solution that would solve the problems. We'll see. If delivery issues continue, I will be forced to look elsewhere for the products I have been happy buying from iHerb.

My order of System Well, which certainly improves my immune system, arrived much sooner than expected.
