I bought Liposomal BPC-157 + TB-500…

I bought Liposomal BPC-157 + TB-500 Peptide from bono / Quicksilver; it turns out the product expired in March 2026. I messaged them with a photo, but they haven't replied... stay far away from them.
Bought it on 14/08/2026.

I bought a supplement from them

I bought a supplement from them. Stuck in PostNord since 30th July 2026. Now I neither can get the product, nor my money back. The post office is not contactable, only a rubbish AI chatbot. You call your website .dk, but the product is actually imported from the Netherlands. I wouldn't buy from you if I knew it's from outside DK. Your choice of delivery method is so poor. Be aware you might get into similar issue as me if you buy from them. I will update my comment if something new happens to my situation, otherwise I want to keep others like me informed.

I'd really like to put this right for you. We can look into the shipment, get an investigation started with the carrier, and sort out a resolution, but I'll need to find your order first. Could you email us at info@bono.dk with your order number (it starts with BONO_)? Please mention this review so we can pick it up quickly.

To be transparent about your point: yes, we ship our Danish orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands to Denmark. I appreciate that wasn't clear enough to you at checkout, and that's fair feedback we take seriously.

Please do reach out with your order details so we can actually solve this for you, not just apologise for it. I'll be glad to help from there.

Everything is fine when things go well

Everything is fine when things go well, but my recent order arrived damaged and with a missing item. I haven't received a reply to my email, and the chat feature is just a bot. I’m still waiting for a real person to respond and fix my order.

A positive honest review

I am glad to have found the Bono shop as their range of products covers a great deal of what I'm interested in for the maintenance of my unpredictable package of mysteries. The brands are reputable and well presented in their descriptions, prices adequate and delivery fast. And it's nice to get an extra treat with each order. Thank you for the complementary pill box with OCD-compatible weekday labels. Even though it makes me feel a couple decades older than I am, the weekly ritual of sorting pills and capsules has contributed to the pleasant illusion of control we all so crave.
