Do not trust promises made by them
refused to deliver receipt of payment (receipt) after purchase of knee brace, although they specifically stated that they would provide a receipt, when asked before the order was placed. having No receipt means i cannot get the purchase refunded by the Veterans Administration (disabled Vet). I do not recommend them, their deception cost me hundreds $$$$
The "ORDER INVOICE" Ubuy provides does not state that payment was received, or that the order or item has been paid in any way, shape or form (receipt of payment, "receipt"). The VA and medical insurances require proof of payment, in full, for reimbursement.

Customs hassle
Ubuy did not tell about the customs requirements when importing from US to Sweden so the shipment got stuck in customs. Fortunately DHL managed to resolve the problems after a few days.
Also Ubuy charged a lot for the customs fees and VAT however it remains uncertain what were the real costs since the importer was a company.
The product as such was upon arrival as expected in good condition.
