excellent quality, it took a little bit to arrive but I think it was ups fault, i bought a pair of jeans and a t shirt, they both fit perfectly and they look so good, they are also made from good quality materials

I’m really impressed with Trendt Vision, not only because of the quality of their products, but especially because of their customer service.

I had an issue where my order was unfortunately lost during delivery. Instead of leaving me to deal with the problem on my own, the team took care of it, refunded me, and even provided me with a discount code so I could place another order for less.

That kind of customer service is something you don’t see very often. They genuinely cared about making things right and making sure I was satisfied.

My experience with Trendt Vision has been excellent overall, and I really appreciate the way they handled the situation. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend them. ❤️

It took a week for the pants to get shipped but once it did it came to my house the very next day immediately.

Said my order would’ve been delivered by 29th of August. It is now 2nd of September and no sign of order. No updates no emails, nothing. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was the bank holiday weekend so that may be why it is delayed but I can atleast have some updates on my order nonetheless.

I ordered jeans from them to Canada and everything went great and I got them with no import fees. However, I recently got 2 hoodies and they said I have 100 dollars in import fees. There was no mention of this at all and it seems like other people have had to deal with these crazy fees as well. I don't want to pay these fees as I wouldn't have ordered these hoodies if they were upfront about the fees. Very disappointed.

The item wasn't too bad themselves customer service is abysmal.

My first order was cancelled with no explanation and received an incorrect refund.

The second order was significantly delayed.

The third order has not been dispatched for 3 weeks now and after pressing the only update I have received is an unnamed item is out of stock, with no further compensation or updates. All other contact has been ignored.

I was amazed by the raw denim quality. It's pretty good. I believe that Its's 14.5 oz denim. Design is decent too. I like the small details on the back. Jeans are long, longer than I've expected. I am 191 cm tall. That fit will be better for tall people.

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding my order for the Beige Herringbone Pants in Size S (Order #233879)

It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive the item or any proper update. This level of customer service and poor business operation is completely unacceptable and deceptive.

Why does your company consistently handle business this way? This is borderline fraudulent behavior.

I demand an immediate update on the exact shipping status of my item. If you cannot ship it within the next 24 hours, issue a full refund immediately. I will not tolerate any further delays or excuses.

Quality of items are really good, however when I ordered during black friday my product took multiple months to arrive and now they suddenly dont ship to my country anymore

The customer service is non-existent. I got no real reply that actually involved my order (only auto-replies or something similar).

I ordered my items on Black Friday. The shipping took much longer than advertised, but okay, fair enough since it was Black Friday. However, the delivery of the order got split in two; one of the items arrived, but the other package never did. I received multiple updates saying it would definitely be sent by the following week (it was not). I never saw the items. After way too long (+2 months), they just refunded me with no explanation as to why. During the process and after, I tried to contact them multiple times, but got no replies

I bought it with early access through Close Friends, and the items were still in stock a few hours after my purchase. So, it was not because the item was already out of stock and just hadn't updated yet. It is sad to see how they treat their loyal customers so bad.

On the note of loyalty, I received my loyalty birthday gift (€30), but when I tried to use it today, it did not work. It would be nice if it actually worked. That was the last straw that made me write this.

Overall, a bad experience with Trendvison. I would no longer recommend them. I tried to be nice when I contacted the customer service, But now I can't be bothered.

I received a pair of shorts that was smaller than what was advertised on the site, i wanted to send them back but they said that i have to pay for the shipping which is over 20€ eventhough it was their fault for false advertising the sizes. They said that they would consider giving back the 20 s for the shipping which is not a certaintity.

Never bought anything from Trendt Vision before, but a friend of mine spoke highly of the brand so I thought I'll give it a try. Can't say I'm loving the experience so far.

I've bought a pair of jeans that is in stock and it was never sent even after 4 weeks. No order updates, no shipping confirmation, nothing.

When contacting the customer support, I either get a filler message saying they will work on it (And still never send it) or just get lied to that the jeans were sent (Which, little did I know, they were not).

This is really a terrible shopping experience. I'm sure the jeans will look great - if I can even get them.

perfect fit and fast delivery

I ordered a few weeks ago a pants, that one never arrived because they confused And generated multiple labeled for the same order, I contact the customer service but no one reply to me. At the end the package went back and no one seems to contacted since then

The jorts delivered well before they were expected to, which was a pleasant surprise. Speaking of pleasant surprises, I had an old pair of jorts from them which unfortunately broke due to the button falling off in the dryer. It was a flaw in the design which was fortunately fixed with this new design! Now the button is one single piece which cannot fall off! Also the length of the jorts improved and are longer, and the design itself looks way better! They've exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier.

The products are the best crazy good but the shipping is so expensive and so poor take a lot of time
