Taxually has been really good so far. Admittedly I have a fairly simple business set up so I'm probably not challenging the systems as much as other may, but the website is fairly clear and seems to... See more

Everything has been excellent so far. Thank you, Nice, for helping us transfer our services and adjust our VAT return schedule before the filing deadline. We truly appreciate your support and assistance.

Overall, Taxually has been a good company but be very careful with them and do not rely on their account management. We paid them every month to manage our Italian VAT account. Under their management, our VAT account was cancelled and they did not even know-kept charging us a monthly fee for a cancelled account. Now they want us to pay to have VAT number reinstated. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.

I would appreciate an update on my EPR registration.
Could you please let me know when my registration is expected to be completed and when I will receive my EPR number? This is becoming urgent because Amazon has informed me that my account will be restricted if I do not provide this number soon.
I have also tried contacting your support team by email several times but have not received any response from a person. The only emails I receive are automatic messages asking me to rate the support experience, even though I still haven't received any actual assistance.
Could someone please tell me how to reach your support team? Is there another email address, a phone number, or a live chat?
I would really appreciate a clear update and an estimated completion date for my registration.

**1 Star**
I have been waiting for **three months** for Taxually to obtain my Polish VAT number, and the process is still not completed.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. During these three months, I have received almost no meaningful updates about the status of my application. Every time I ask for information, I am simply told to wait another week.
On top of that, Taxually continues to charge me **€25 every month**, even though the VAT number has still not been issued and I have not been able to benefit from the service I am paying for.
I understand that VAT registrations can sometimes take time due to the tax authorities. However, charging customers monthly without delivering the promised service and without providing transparent updates is unacceptable.
I hope this review encourages Taxually to resolve my case as soon as possible and improve the way they communicate with their customers.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Taxually, I feel it is important to share it.
Nearly one year ago, I engaged Taxually to handle my German VAT registration. After almost twelve months, the process still had not been completed. For a paid professional service, I find this completely unacceptable.
What disappointed me the most was not only the excessive delay, but also the communication. Responses to emails were often very slow, and when they did arrive, they frequently contained general explanations rather than concrete progress or clear solutions. As a client, it felt like I was continuously being asked to wait while seeing little to no measurable progress.
The consequences of this delay have been significant for my business. Our planned Amazon launch had to be postponed by almost a year, putting us at a serious competitive disadvantage. During this entire period, our business expenses did not stop. We still had to pay salaries, warehouse costs, operational expenses, marketing costs, and many other ongoing business costs, while the project we had invested in could not move forward because the VAT registration remained unresolved.
When a company charges for a professional service, customers have every right to expect timely execution, transparent communication, and tangible results. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Instead, after almost a year, I was left with delays, uncertainty, and considerable financial and business impact.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Taxually. If your business depends on timely VAT registration and reliable communication, my experience suggests you should carefully consider other alternatives.

Mid-sized SaaS business.
Incredibly poor experience. Missed filings, wrong filings, missed payments, hideously designed software between Stripe Tax/Lumatax. Bugs everywhere. Basically no project management. And forget it if you want international, emails take weeks of back and forth if you're lucky.
I spent far more time fixing Taxually issues than I would have spent doing it myself. Worse, we've paid literally thousands in penalties.

We have recently changed our VAT registrations in 8 European countries from sole trader to Limited Company. Taxually have been a great help and support throughout the whole process in both the de-registration and the new registrations. Any queries or problems were answered in a short time and the support made a very stressful project much more bearable. I would highly recommend them.

They handle all our tax and representation-related processes across Europe with great dedication.
They are also very affordable, I definitely recommend them.

We have been using Taxually for over one year having switched from another large provider. We file sales tax and VT in 2 US stats, the EU and the UK.
Whenever you register in a new jurisdiction there are always issues. Some regions make it very hard for remote sellers to register. We've found Taxually's ability to resolve these problems to be exceptional. The team always follow up and there is great attention to detail. Once you are registered, filing is straight forward and efficient with simple data upload into Taxually's portal and automated filing with excellent visibility of successful filing and payments. Overall it has been a great experience working woth Taxually.

The onboarding is not smooth at all. There are multiple touchpoints with customer support. Support is extremely slow to respond (days, a week or more).
UPDATES:
- Quality of support is atrocious. Worst support experience I can remember having in recent years.
- A month ago they said they'd let me know as soon as they receive a code from CRA. Actually I had already submitted it to them, they just didn't notice. Meanwhile the CRA is sending me warnings about late filings.
- An automated email said my account is migrating from LumaTax to CrossTax, with no explanation.
- The website is showing currencies in Euros, and the chat bot is showing a QR code image with Chinese text. I'm in the US, not using a VPN.

We have used several VAT companies through the years for our Amazon based online business. We moved to Taxually more than a year ago. Whatever I say wouldn't be enough. The transition went very smoothly. Their team is very polite and always responsive. You always receive kind replies promptly and help resolve the issue. Their website is the best I have seen. Very intuitive and easy to follow. We started with VAT services for several EU countries, but were so satisfied so we moved all other countries to them. I personally recommend Taxually VAT tax service very much and they surely deserve it.

I signed up for this service to handle my tax setups in Germany and the UK, and it has been an absolute nightmare. After paying months of fees and setup costs, not a single filing has actually been completed.
The main issues I have experienced include:
Zero Integration: The promised setup and integration simply do not work.
Incompetence: They filled out and submitted the wrong paperwork, delaying the process further.
Abysmal Communication: They routinely go weeks without responding to basic inquiries.
Refusal to Resolve: I officially tried to cancel my services back in March. Since then, I have reached out four separate times to get a resolution. Every single time, I am met with the same generic brush-off: "We're working on it, we're working on it," with zero actual progress or accountability.
They were incredibly quick to take my setup fees and monthly payments, but they have completely failed to deliver the services promised. If you are looking for a reliable tax partner for international expansion, avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and leave your business exposed with uncompleted filings.

We have been working with Taxually for several years now, and we are very satisfied with their service. Over the years, we have encountered a few complex issues, all of which were successfully resolved. The team is usually very responsive and handles every matter professionally, politely, and with great care.
Even when disagreements arose, we were able to find solutions without major difficulties. Overall, our experience with Taxually has been very positive, and I would recommend their services to other businesses.

Taxually is one of the best VAT compliance providers for Amazon sellers. They offer very competitive pricing and, in my experience, some of the lowest rates on the market. Their platform is easy to use, well organized, and makes managing VAT registrations and filings much simpler. The customer support team is responsive, professional, and always willing to help when issues arise. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Taxually to other e-commerce businesses selling across Europe.

We are a company that sells products on Amazon in Europe, and Taxually has been a great help in managing VAT obligations across multiple countries.
The communication is professional and responsive; however, issue resolution could sometimes be faster.
We have had mixed experiences with the company. Some situations took quite a long time to resolve and required additional fees, which we found rather expensive. We would also appreciate having the option to pay by bank transfer instead of only by card.
That said, there were also cases that were handled very quickly, and we received free-of-charge support, which was highly appreciated.
Overall, I can recommend this company to businesses looking for assistance with VAT obligations.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with Taxually. At first I had a few initial hiccups with the setup, especially the connection between Stripe and Taxually — I wasn't entirely sure how to configure everything correctly.
Even though I speak fluent English, some of the English tax-related terminology was quite challenging for me.
Great support! They assigned someone to me who speaks my language, guided me through the entire process, genuinely took the time to understand my concern and my situation, and reliably helped me with all my questions and problems. Fast, direct, and straightforward.
And the best part: finally no chatbot sending you through endless loops only to point you to an FAQ page in the end. This is exceptional, and this is exactly what customer service should look like!
Highly recommended.
