Plugs a need and they execute well for standard work. Sometimes when there is a non-normal action needed the team needs some prompting to get it done but overall good experience.

Amazing CS and experience. They have changed the e-commerce sales tax and nexus and taken it to a whole other level with their pricing and structure. It is so easy and user friendly and no more stressing or over paying clients on top of paying their sales taxes. It has been such a great partnership and I don't know why every e-commerce account is not on it!

Full white glove service. They're accurate, thorough and walked me through the entire onboarding completely. I no longer have to worry if I'm compliant with any regulatory agencies which is all I can ask for. The setup process was done with a real human which goes a long in establishing a relationship and letting me know the company is hands on and care about their customers.

I highly recommend Numeral. As a small business owner, I was overwhelmed when my small business hit nexus thresholds in several states. Registering and filing in individual states would take so much valuable time, and I wanted the peace of mind that everything was filed accurately and on time.

I chose Numeral as our tax service provider for their easy to use platform and friendly and helpful customer service that wasn't too sales-y. Recently, they have been harder and harder to get ahold of, and inquiries and problems are just dropped. For example, I asked to stop filing in one state, they said they cancelled it, and then it was never cancelled and keeps filing. We were trying to set up EU taxes with them, but it's been over a month of trying to onboard and being left dry, even though we already signed the contract with them. The software also seems glitchier and more incomplete. Very frustrating confusing!
