Good experience so far with Wowcher great price for this product Microsoft Lumia 640

Representative I spoke to was very helpful and polite & primised to get back to.me with a solution to my problem - thkt I had bought a local gift for my friend but turns out it wasnt valid for my area.

Do not buy from wowcher
I placed a order item did not come contact them multiple time item still didn’t come I ask for a refund which I did not get
I am a paying customer who did not receive his item are refund
I have been buying and dealing with online business for years this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with
Under any circumstances do not purchase from wowcher

I bought a bed through wowcher with the merchant cloud9yn the bed was delivered and all seemed ok until we began to unwrap the bed and the divan base was full of holes and only half the feet required for the bed had been delivered. The mattress over a month on still remains in the wrapping it came in as i dont even think the base could support it without falling through. I contacted merchant to no response i contacted wowcher to which i can only get an AI response. They emailed cloud9yn asking them to respond which they did asking for pictures which were already in original email but i sent them again anyway and again no response asked wowcher for help again only AI response and this has been going on for over a month. Wowcher say they an agent is looking into this and they will contact me within 48hours noone has ever contacted and i have been told this 3 times now. I wish i had read reviews before buying and the fact wowcher are still advertising this bed company baffles me. Wowcher have been very little help and i feel they should be held responsible if the merchant that they use is a scam artist. I am heavily pregnant with no bed as i need refund to buy a new one baby due in 5 weeks talk about making an already stressful situation worse. They dont even have a number you can or anything the customer service is absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs!

Easy transaction

Really disappointed and concerned with my experience with Wowcher.

I purchased an Emma mattress voucher through Wowcher, but when I tried to use it, I was told that the voucher had already been redeemed. I have absolutely no idea how this could have happened as I have not redeemed or used the voucher.

I have contacted Wowcher customer service, but I have been unable to speak to an actual person. The support seems to be entirely AI-based, and I keep going around in circles without getting a proper resolution.

After reading the recent reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook from other customers who have experienced problems with vouchers, refunds and contacting customer service, I am now extremely concerned about getting my money back.

I have also raised a concern with my bank regarding the transaction.

If there is an actual member of Wowcher’s customer service team monitoring this, please contact me directly and resolve this issue. I simply want my voucher issue investigated and my money refunded if the voucher cannot be used.

This has been extremely stressful and disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone considering spending a large amount of money through Wowcher to be very careful and read the reviews first.

This is my first order and I found it easy picture. I’m hoping to order more in the future thank you.

I ordered a water cooler, unfortunately it wasn’t delivered to my address and then time I noticed it had been delivered somewhere else and then I was ill so I didn’t actually have time to collect it so it was sent back. They offered me a credit note which I actually wanted for cashback but nothing came through so I ended up deciding to buy something when I tried to use the credit code and number it didn’t work. I emailed them numerous times. I rang them and I only had £10 in my wallet and it was £50 she said I don’t know why you’ve got that. I’ll try to sort that out heard no more and kept emailing and now I’ve got an email saying that it’s lapsed and I can’t use it, and I’ve never been able to use it in the first place. Basically I use the Internet a lot and it should be fairly simple to get a credit note or buy something on your credit it has been totally impossible been on the Internet and they have a Rep reputation. Wowcher not refunding money and having lots of problems some people have even sent up to 34 emails and it’s extremely difficult to get your money back or use your credit outrageous
