After 2bad customer service calls & no solution I spoke to Gordon walker who was very courteous & helpful, he sorted in minutes, my direct debit which I had been on the phone for more than an hour with the previous two colleagues to no avail.

Always on time & pleasant .never a problem.

For a few days I spent hours on the phone to no avail, the calls kept dropping and I was getting nowhere trying to set a direct debit as my fixed term expired, today I spoke to a gentleman called Eddie Harper who was like a breath of fresh air, he put my mind at rest & sorted my direct debit, my account was in credit & he was the 9th operator I had spoken to, thankyou Eddie

£23.58 was taken from my bank yesterday , didn’t know who gladiatororg were , after searching found I had made a purchase for £1.63 in July with GREAT DEAL DROP on Facebook which is the same company , the phone number is
1513 229 9724, they are processing a refund but more importantly sent me an email which I was then able to unsubscribe at the bottom, told agent I had never subscribed, she says it’s automatic when you buy from them , hope this helps everyone
