When booking tickets for Robbie Williams in Seville, the area I chose stated seating. On arrival at the event, there was no seating. Viagogo customer services, tried to blame the venue. However they advertised the area as seating and should accept responsibility. They refuse to accept liability. Beware.

Really great event, except I would've preferred tickets earlier. Although I do appreciate the reasoning behind this. I was afraid I'd been scammed!

Transaction was easy and tickets were delivered on time

Not just canceled the sale few minutes before the event,
Now you try to charge me 100€!!!!

I would not buy from this con ticket company, I purchased 4 tickets to see Robbie Williams in Seville, with seats, throughout the whole purchase it kept on giving seat numbers etc and on the day of the concert no seating was even available, I was sold these tickets on fraud as they knew this was a seatless event yet sold me tickets even numbers given, when I contacted customer support they tried to fob me off saying I was sold these tickets correct tickets when i said I can send them proof from them stating I had seats they closed the conversation down, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Never received my ticket, still no refund 2 months later. I purchased a ticket on Viagogo for the Bad Bunny concert in May 2026 for $425. The ticket was never delivered and I COULD NOT ATTEND THE CONCERT.
It is now July and I still have not been refunded. Their policy of 30 days to refund a customer who never received what they paid for is already unacceptable, but they haven't even honored that. Instead, I keep getting excuse after excuse.
Their latest claim: they say the refund was already issued. But the card number they reference is not mine, and when I asked for proof of the refund, they told me they cannot provide one. A company that claims to have sent money should be able to prove it.
$425 lost, a missed concert, and months of runaround. Avoid this platform, in case of fraud you can't get your money back easily.

Bought VIP tickets for Rod Stewart concert at the Roig Arena, València. Tickets purchased were not the ones we received on the day of the concert. Seats were changed into a different area.
VIP extras were not included in the seat allocation we received.
Seat price alone was £150 plus the VIP package - a total of £1,315.63 pence.
TOTAL SCAM FROM THIS SECOND RATE SUPPLIER !

I got my ticket to see BTS in Madrid and it was AMAZING. Thank you so much, Viagogo, for giving me this opportunity to see my boys for the second time!

My experience was very positive, I was able to fulfill an unexpected dream by being able to see bts live, I recommend it.

I recently purchased a ticket with a fair price and instant transfer to my Ticketmaster account. I couldn’t be happier. I would stay away from tickets that are not ready to download though.

It was good, but also a little stressful because of the time it took to get the tickets. At the end I recieved them on time, but it got on my nerves a little bit.

Just the seats was not as expected. I asked for to be at the swedish supporter side and was put by the japan supporters.
also the seats was not explained well to be in the back row under the roof so we could not have full view of the game....

Ticket perfect only improvement would be to get the ticket earlier as we were flying from Spain so a little worried but in the end no problem

2/3 of the tickets I bought were not registering on the machine so we had a a big scare that we had possibly been scammed but after some back and forth and waiting to speak with the office we were given the okay to enter

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Viagogo.

In my experience, when ticket prices increase and they have an opportunity to make more profit, they do not protect customers who have already purchased tickets. Instead, they delay the process until the last minute and then cancel or refund the original order, leaving customers with almost no time to find a solution.

They repeatedly told me they would provide alternative seats of a similar standard, but that never happened. I was simply asked to keep waiting while the event was getting closer. By the time it became clear that nothing was going to be resolved, I had no realistic options left.

It felt as though my rights as a customer meant nothing compared to their opportunity to make more money. The promises of replacement tickets seemed to be nothing more than a way to keep me waiting until it was too late to take any other action.

This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I will never use Viagogo again, and I would not recommend anyone else risk buying tickets through this platform.
