Bought VIP tickets for Rod Stewart concert at the Roig Arena, València. Tickets purchased were not the ones we received on the day of the concert. Seats were changed into a different area.
VIP extras were not included in the seat allocation we received.
Seat price alone was £150 plus the VIP package - a total of £1,315.63 pence.
TOTAL SCAM FROM THIS SECOND RATE SUPPLIER !

PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU INTEND USING THESE SCUM BAGS !

I would like to share my experiences with this company.
In the past year I have been unfortunate to need significant medical care on two separate occasions.
The first being a major back procedure in December last year and only 3 weeks ago a triple heart bypass.
The WPA Team were absolutely fantastic in the way they processed the documentation and the speed in which it was processed was quite incredible.
A call at 9.30 in the morning resulted in me being opposite a consultant surgeon at 6pm the same day !
I have no hesitation in recommending this Company as their service and performance is outstanding.

After many years of using this Company for parking at Airports (mainly Stansted) and having spent thousands of pounds I have decided after the poor service received today I will not be using them again.
Due to a coronavirus outbreak at my destination I requested a booking change - the passed the query to a manager who refused to assist.
I have already alerted a number of my business associates of the service they are now providing.
Absolutely no flexibility from them at all.
In the times we live in flexibility is so important as things are changing without any fault of those booking many kinds of services.
Clearly this is not a customer focussed company any longer. My advice....consider carefully before using them in the future.

Pathetic response blaming the airport for not having the ability to change a booking due to coronavirus at my destination 🤷‍♂️
