I would not recommend using Super.com…
I would not recommend using Super.com based on my experience. I carefully reviewed my reservation details before submitting payment and even purchased travel insurance. However, once the payment was processed, the website appeared to glitch and changed my reservation dates.
I noticed the issue immediately and, within minutes, submitted a refund request and corrected the reservation. Despite acting right away, I spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with customer service. Super.com was copied on all of the emails from the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City regarding the reservation, yet they repeatedly claimed they never received confirmation that the reservation could be canceled.
The most frustrating part was being told by one representative that their website "doesn't glitch" because it wasn't designed that way, and that AI doesn't glitch either. Instead of investigating what happened, my concerns were dismissed.
The entire experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer support, especially after purchasing travel insurance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Super.com and will not be using their service again.
