Excellent service provided by Vino.com. The ordering process was quick and simple. It was reassuring having all taxes and customs charges included in the reasonable prices, providing complete peace of mind.
My original order was dispatched promptly, but unfortunately it was damaged after reaching the local FedEx facility. I contacted Vino.com who swiftly investigated the issue and offered me the choice of either a refund or a replacement order. Giulia arranged the replacement on 25th August, and it was delivered on 1st September.
Overall, I am very impressed with the customer service provided and I will definitely order from Vino.com again.

Pleased with the next day delivery and also the delivery charge was reasonable. The wine was also good but I wouldn't for 12 euro a bottle I was expecting something more. I think the price is a little too pricey otherwise I would certainly order again. Maybe you could consider lowering the price especially if someone wants to buy in bulk say six bottles at a time on a regular basis.

Missing Presentation Box
Bought a bottle of wine. From what i saw the bottle normally comes in a presentation box but mines sadly did'nt. It is for a birthday gift so its ashame it just came by the bottle. Great fast dispatch and email communication was good.

Hassle free import of hard to find wine.
