This is my second time bying online…
This is my second time bying online from Skousen. First time was a Siemens induction cooktop I bought 4 years ago and after daily abuse it still loks new and works perfectly.
So when the old dishwasher, that came with the house, drew its last breath I decided to purchase another Siemens piece also fro Skousen.
They showed up with the new washer the day after online purchase , carried it in and removed the old just as I had ordered and payed for.
Quality items for a good price with fast reliable service on top.

Misleading and terrible customer service
Product ordered from Skousen but it’s a front as product actually from Whiteaway. Whiteaway had the product cheaper too! Frustrating and misleading.
Then I paid 2000 DKK for delivery and they refused to deliver. Took photos showing they couldn’t deliver but it was not even my property that the photos were from. Refused to re-deliver despite their mistake and expect us to hire our own delivery company to go and collect the item now to correct address! I had to cancel full order for a refund and order somewhere else.
Terrible terrible service sadly! Expected a lot better from Skousen.

We had a really good experience with Skousen. We bought a dishwasher that ist really good and since it was on sale it was a great deal. All the necessary details were discussed before there could be a problem. The installation was quick and easy.
All in a all a very good experience.

I am completely dissatisfied with ordering.
I am completely dissatisfied with ordering a foot massager from this website due to following reasons:
1- There is no personal profile through which you can pursue what you have ordered. Every time you need to call the customer service.
2- The first delivery date was in 2.5 weeks. Once I called them on the last day, they said it takes another 10 days. For the third time I received a message notifying for another 9 days. In total, it has taken more than one month and I am yet to received my order!!!
3- The customer service person even didn't say sorry because of the issue. He was not talking in a nice way on the phone.

Not capable of delivering a working machine
We have been without a properly functioning machine for over two months. TWO MONTHS.
Skousen put us through multiple repair attempts on a new unit purchased in Feb '25 before finally agreeing to replace the unit. Unfortunately, the replacement process has been just as disappointing - two separate occasions for deliveries that never arrived.
We’ve made dozens of calls and sent dozens of emails trying to get a working machine delivered. After all this time and effort, we still don’t have a functional appliance to show for it. They continuously offer to "arrange another delivery" - we don't need another delivery "arranged", we need a machine to actually be delivered!
At this point, I genuinely don’t know who has the time or patience to deal with a company that makes something so simple this exhausting and impossible.
We would have had better luck sending a man to the moon at this point.

The purchase and delivery were very efficient and fast, and everything was in line with what was promised.

Excellent service and professional installation.
There appeared to be a small problem with the fridge that I recently bought. I contacted the shop and was impressed that they suggested that I could have a new one. This was arranged very quickly and at my convenience. The installation was done really well and to a high standard. I remain a very happy customer and will certainly recommend this shop and will use again.

CASO 3323 MG20 Ceramic Menu Microwave (Denmark)
I recently purchased the **CASO 3323 MG20 Ceramic Menu** microwave—a compact stainless-steel “microwave + grill” model with a **20 L capacity**, **800 W microwave power**, and **1000 W grill function** ([tretti.no][1], [whiteaway.se][2]). The unit features a **flat ceramic base** (no rotating plate) that is easy to clean, along with **14 automatic cooking programs**, **5 power levels**, and **two combo settings** (microwave 55% + grill 45%, and microwave 30% + grill 70%) ([CASO Design Onlineshop][3], [whiteaway.se][2]).
Unfortunately, when I received the microwave, I noticed the turntable wheel inside was broken—a defect right out of the box. I contacted the shop within half an hour of collecting it, speaking with customer service over the phone while still at the store. They immediately facilitated an easy return at a location near my home. I was given the option to receive a refund or a replacement—I chose the latter. About a week later, my replacement arrived, and it’s working perfectly. We’ve been using it for a week now with no issues, and everything is running smoothly.
The product quality is great, and the ceramic surface cooks and cleans up beautifully. I’m pleased with the performance and the thought put into its design—especially the flat ceramic base that accommodates square dishes and is simple to maintain.
Special shout-out to the customer service team—they handled everything seamlessly and made the whole process completely stress-free. I highly recommend both this microwave and the excellent support from the retailer.
