Mirage model folding E bike
This is the 2nd E bike I purchased for my wife. She is 4'11" inches tall and absolutely loves the easy to use step through frame. We are full time travelers in a 42' 5th wheel so the folding design of the Mirage makes storage while traveling a breeze. She also loves the color, she chose Rose Red. What really helped to seal the deal was the free accessory pack. It includes everything she would have ordered anyway. We are very happy with the Mirage model.

This bike is fun and good value for the price point. I like the power and torque it’s easy to get the front wheel up. I do wish the swing arm was more rigid not a huge fan of the flex it gives, this makes lining up the rear tire a little tricky. Love the all black styling and great customer service.

1-Star Review: Avoid Qronge X1 – Unreliable Junk with Terrible Support
I (on behalf of my 14-year-old son) purchased the Qronge X1 e-bike as a preorder in October 2025. He has only been able to ride it 6 or 7 times in the months since, because it has been broken or unreliable for the vast majority of the time. This bike is a complete disappointment and a waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Major Issues Experienced
Brake error that wouldn't clear unless the rear brake lights were unplugged. This was a temporary hack that worked when the bike actually turned on.
Display screen failure: The main problem. The screen simply won't turn on, and the bike is dead. All connections were checked multiple times, wiring verified, voltages tested with a multimeter, etc. We replaced the wiring harness and the display screen itself. Nothing fixed it. The screen receives power but stays blank. Videos were sent showing the exact issue. The bike arrived with problems and stayed mostly unusable despite extensive troubleshooting on our end.
Customer Service Experience
Support was slow, repetitive, and unhelpful:
They repeatedly asked us to check connections (even after we confirmed they were fine and sent proof).
They sent a replacement wiring harness and later a new display screen.
After all that, they offered only a $100 partial refund as "compensation" if we could somehow get it working.
When we pushed for a full refund or return (after months of issues and minimal use), they dragged their feet.
This level of support for a bike that barely works is unacceptable. It feels like they're just trying to avoid honoring a proper warranty or return.
Bottom line: Do not buy from Qronge. The X1 is poorly made, fails quickly, and their customer service string you along with band-aid fixes instead of making it right. We are still dealing with this as of July 2026 and just want our money back. Save yourself the headache and look at a more reliable brand.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company or their products. I got the X1 spark and within a couple of days I had 2 issues. The biggest issue being that it will randomly go to half power or less and theres nothing I can do to get it back to full power, its very sparatic. The second issue is that the kickstand hangs too low which is a very poor design and within a few miles it had caught and broke the foot peg and kickstand off. Also the company has not communicated well at all which has made it super frustrating. Again, I cannot recommend the company for lack of customer service nor can I recommend their products.

Qronge Thunder E-bike
I like the Qronge Thunder e-bike as it seems like a good value. My bike was missing a few minor parts when it arrived. Qronge customer support told me they don’t have spares for minor parts and gave me a $15 credit to purchase the parts online. I couldn’t find one of the parts online and neither could Qronge. Seems a bit short sighted to not carry spare parts or use parts that can be readily found online.

An update…buyer beware
An update…the company will not return the $1460 bike that has a faulty throttle. They have generously offered to send me a free $20 throttle that will be shipped at the end of June. Oh geez, thanks. So we continue to have a $1460 bike sitting in our garage, completely useless.
My son has rode dirt bikes his whole life. We have never had such an awful experience.

overall experiance excellent, 10/10
Got it in time even though it was last day of the 7th for the week said on site, plus the bike already comes in full charge right out of the box, only thing that was mess up on mine was the cable for the break minor of the housing damage from being broke in a spot with it chipped of from shipping but other then that had full time fun to ride it around all day once i got it even family tried it out thinking it was not as fast as they thought may try to get them one in future but for now ill keep enjoying it!

I ordered a twin set of Thunder bikes
I ordered a twin set of bikes. The first one went together very well, with only a couple of issues with paint. The second bike (also a Thunder) was a disaster. I did not notice the brake rotor was bent. I tore through a cable and damaged the frame down to the metal. It took days to get a replacement rear tire. It arrived damaged. It took even longer to get a second replacement tire. At least Qronge paid for bike shop to repair, but the mechanic said the wiring placement so close to the rotor will easily create more problems. Qronge needs to package their boxes with greater care and ensure damage does not occur. The bike is fine other than these issues.

Excellent price and quality. I was pleasantly surprised. Assembly very easy. The only thing that was negative is that I only did 22 miles on full charge and I had to pedal on every little hill because of not enough power If you 190 lbs you will need better seat.

My son had his Spark X1 for 3 months…
My son had his Spark X1 for 3 months when the throttle went out. We called and they replaced the throttle for no charge, except its been over a month and still we haven't received the new throttle. It's now 4 months to the day since we received the bike and it is unusable with fried throttle, the promise of a replacement that never came, and money out the window.

This was the best investment for me. I always wanted a bike like this. I purchased two of them. I was worried that it would be hard to put together when it comes. But they had everything prepared and packed in a way that it was very easy to assemble. I have been enjoying this bike. I go everywhere with it. It makes me get outside more. I have not had any problems with my bikes. I have had it for three months now. It works exactly like they say. I recommended this brand to everyone who asked about our bikes. It was worth every penny and it is definitely quality made.

I bought this bike for my daughter to…
I bought this bike for my daughter to take back and forth to work. She loves the color of it. She likes she is able to use it as a bike with the pedals for some exercise when she wants. We also received the accessories with the bike. The back rack is definitely a must. It comes in handy when you have a back pack you dont want to wear when your ridding.
All in all its been a great form of transportation for her.

Love the Qrong Tricycle …
Everything was great except for assembly instructions. The photos were difficult to follow and we are familiar with assembly. Some folks may be required to get professional help. Otherwise, the tricycle is wonderful. It was a gift for a sister and she uses it daily taking care of her chickens. Even though the seat looked small, it performs very well. It is comfortable and she uses it daily in rough sandy ground.
