The bike is well-designed and strong. It is easy to ride and the electric motor engages smoothly. Great for urban/suburban riding. Nice that it comes with a rear rack, lights, fenders, a lock and a front basket.
My only suggestions for improvement are:
1. Make it lighter
2. Would be good to have greater range on a charge

My spouse purchased 2 electric bicycles from this company….excellent products and customer service. I was a cyclist for most of my adult life, only slowing down once I hit my 70’s.
My wife purchased her e-bike and I just had to try it….really surprised with the excellent mechanics and the ease of assisted power. We purchased my e-bike that day.
I would recommend this 5 STAR product. I am 79 and my wife is 71….we usually ride 23-25 miles a day with weather permitting.

The bikes are well made and very comfortable. Well worth the price !!

The Qronge X1 Spark is the fastest ebike at the lowest price! It came with features like turning signals, serial number, red backlight, DOT approved tires, brakes that makes it almost street legal once you add side mirrors.

The boxes were heavy damaged upon arrival Both bikes had scratches in the paint. Many reviews have same issue. Rear racks did not match up to the screw holes. Kickstands are defective Bike's fall over when left on stand. Front fender is flimsy and seems to be warping on one bike. The screws constantly have to be retightened. Most of the free accessories are cheap and useless. Brought all this to attention of the company and received a generic blow off response

Bike is awesome, extremely powerful and fast. Very well built. And for the price, it’s a deal.

Haven’t ridden that much yet due to health reasons but the customer support is amazing

I really like this bike! It was fairly easy to assemble which is saying something since I have no mechanical skills at all.

Rides well with controls in easy reach; I have folded both bikes (I bought 2) ant transported them to trails.

Negatives: mirrors don't reach out far enough to easily see behind you! Also it would be nice if assist mode could be adjusted to a comfortable speed by rider!

I am a &75.00 year old female that purchased a Mirage E-Bike from Qrange. The price was very good and the delivery was on-time. I had to assemble parts of the bike, and called their support line a few times as I didn't understand exactly how to complete this. They called me back in a short time and quickly explained the part I was having problems about. The man I spoke to (twice) was patient and understanding and game me easy to understand instructions. I then could not get my battery to unlock and needed to call again. I took a video of the problem I was having and was offered a replacement battery. It was a pleasure to work with this company on my purchase.

The Qronge people, are amazing. Responsive, knowledgeable and patient. It was easy to do business and the 2 bikes have been great. I can't wait until spring!!!

Quality product, with great color options that catch the attention of others.

It is always a risk buying an e bike in line without trying it out. As my 3rd bike purchase this way I trust my instincts. I wasn't disappointed. Exceptionally pleased. Online video made putting it together a breeze. It is solid and smooth riding. The different ways the handlebars can be configured is great. I'm an all season rider and am confident the Zepher will see me through. Happy with my purchase.

Shortly after having received my ebike I received a call from Qronge to make sure everything was in working order and to reiterate that I could reach out should I need anything.

Qronge e-bikes are well built and affordable. I was surprised at how fast they can go, quite a lot of power.

The bikes arrived quickly, and the set-up was relatively simple. I had a question about the bikes, and the customer service was excellent. The bikes ride very nicely with more power than I expected. These are our first e-bikes, so I wasn't sure what we were getting into, but so far, we are very pleased. I like that the bikes look like regular bikes. We bought an orange bike and a blue bike, very stylish.

Purchased my Meteor in August of 2025. Assembly was easy and was taking the first ride within an hour. I'm in my 60's and have 4 grandkids living with me. I can actually go on bike rides with them and keep up without getting worn out. Very sturdy ride, with smooth assistance on the uphill rides. Only complaint is, I had to raise the front light up on to the basket to keep it from hitting the front fender. I also wish I would have purchased the step through version for easier mounting. Going to try to save up and try the smaller foldable Waterfall, unless Qronge would like to send me one to review, since the grandkids have tried mine and are now wanting a Qronge. Raising grandkids gets expensive lol. Great bike and company and actually reached out to me by telephone to make sure I was enjoying my purchase. Great touch Qronge.

The pair of Qronge bikes we purchased allowed us to ride further, faster and more comfortable than any of our previous bikes. Able to ride farther distances, gave us more opportunities to see and visit a lot more places, and got us out riding a lot more often. The quality of the bikes is excellent, and we are big fans of how many miles we can get on a single battery charge.

Bike has issues. They wanted me to fix it my self. Sent new. Battery. Then both tires are flat. The will sen 2 tires. But who will put on especially back with gears. Brake cord wrapped around fork of bike. To tight. Wore paint on fork and tore cord. Asked for new bike or money back they said I could fix on own what a joke.
