I bought this bike for my daughter. She rides to work daily and loves the bike.I loved that we got free accessories and it was fairly easy to set up and use.

The bikes arrived in just a short time! However, we did have a glitch in the assembly process, but, Qronge staff were quick to respond and solve our issue. These are awesome bikes and we can't wait to ride them!

Shipping was relatively fast. I found assembly to be straight forward. The bike is very comfortable to ride and easy to operate the different speeds.
Communication with Qronge is excellent and helpful. over all a good experience.

My son has been begging for a dirt-bike for several years. We finally broke down and got him one for Christmas. I was very hesitant to buy one online because sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting. I am so happy I went with QRONGE and then spark 1 electric motorcycle. He loves it. The bike came
Almost completely assembled, came with all of the tools to put it together. Took me about 1 hour by myself to have it all set up. I am 6’3” tall and 260lbs and hit 53mph on it . This thing is fast and well built. Customer service and tracking was always in communication.

1) No problems with purchase and the bike was delivered on time with all the components, right down to the last nut and bolt.
2) Assembly was easy. I took me a day but I took my time. The instructions were right on and easy to follow. Really - anticipation built with every step completed.
---Once the bike was ready to go, it was given to a brother. Although i have no 1st hand experience on riding the bike, the brother has had nothing but praise for riding the bike.
3) Up to date, and this is where I do have 1st hand experience, is that the costumer service is top notched. They, Qronge, make it so easy to buy spare/extra parts. There is never an issue using a card, placing an order or just asking for knowledge. This issue alone is why I will return to Qronge for future needs of transportation and just plane riding enjoyment.

Customer support was very helpful and quick to respond. Easy assembly and operating instuctions. Overall very good product for the price.

After ordering and using my Qronge Thunder fat tire e-bike I have been very pleased with Qronge responsive team. They have gone above and beyond to make my experience great!! Using the bike has made my commutes so much easier and very comfortable. The bike is exactly what I expected and more!! Definitely recommend anyone with a long commute that wants to be eco friendly or just wants to ride a bike instead of driving to try Qronge out. Battery life on my Thunder e-bike is more than capable of taking me to and from on my 30 mile commute. Power is very responsive and peddle assist make the battery life outstanding!!

We have really enjoyed our Qronge electric bikes!
My wife and I are getting older and some of the steep hills we ride are becoming a challenge.
We still want to get the most exercise out of our time and these bikes allow us to do that, while giving us the extra boost when needed.
They were well packaged and easy to assembly the few items that needed it!

I love the bike, it's super fast and super fun! The company is great too. They followed up after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied, which I am. Then, when I told them that I had a small mis-hap and needed some parts, they were quick to get them ordered for me and even offered the parts at a discounted price. Awesome customer service!

I was very happy with my qronge order. I’d been looking for a reasonably priced e-bike for my son who out grew his. Every that had a decent look was well over $3k and anything around the $1k price point looked like it came from the 60’s. The preorder process was clear and when I ordered in October, the estimated ship date was late November and I was hopeful the bike would arrive by Christmas. I contacted customer service and was told it may not ship in time. I was disappointed, but understood, and then about a week later I got the shipping notification and had the bike with just a few days. Assembly was easy and my son loves the bike.

The delivery was within 5 days of delivery launch date.

The bike has blinkers, horn, 3 light modes, 3 ride modes, brake light. I honestly didn’t need any of that, but my son likes it.

I am 245 lb and the bike scoots me around with no problem. Plenty of power and super fun. No issues with supplier and quality of bike is fantastic. The pricing should be double what it is.

The quality of the bike is excellent. With a reasonable price it is a good value.

I have had zero issues with this bike. I use it for hunting/trapping. Battery life is good and is easy to maintain. The step through design is preferable over my other bike that isn’t step through. I’m impressed so far with this bike that cost less than a replacement battery for my other ebike. I would purchase again if needed.

I wasn't sure what to expect as the Qronge Meteor was my first E-Bike purchase online and was more than satisfied. Delivery was only a couple days, everything was included and easy to assemble and the bike is running great, better than expected. Great value and I would order again.
