We love our new bikes. The price was a good deal as well. The only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is because we had a few issues. Had a seat that was put together wrong and a wire that was cut. Qrong made everything right. Best way to communicate with them is e-mail.

I like the style of the bike and the price. As I’m getting older, the step through is a safe design. It’s heavier than i expected but riding without any power is no problem. I wouldn’t bother using the included mirrors as they vibrate too much. But I got a sturdier version and it’s great. I plan on using this for longer rides when I get too tired of peddling.

I've debated to buy or not to buy a ebike.
Have rode commuter bikes for quite a while.
Looked into Qronge as well as a few other companies.
Looked at reviews and decided to buy the Meteor.
It came well packaged and relatively easy to put together with no problems. Taken it for a spin and
the bike works very well.... it fun. Look forward to many rides in the future!

I looked at a bunch of different options for e-bikes and this one looked and felt right. It arrived quickly, maybe a week or so, and the setup took a few hours. Since then I've ridden it all over town, bike paths, and a little bit of off roading. It makes going up hills easy and makes bike rides awesome

I bought 4 Meteor ST for my family and customer rep was so nice to ask her manager for discount for bulk buy which was approved. There was a problem with front fork and a replacement part was sent timely and cost of labor was credited. The e-bikes rides are smooth and quiet. The pedal assist motor provided effortless power even up steep hills. I appreciated that the bikes came with minimal assembly and ready to go almost right out of the box with all needed accessories. We just needed to buy helmets and ready to hit the trails. I highly recommend this bike and company.

We purchased two bikes to have as land transportation on our boat. The bikes are sturdy and well-built. They are a bit heavy, but manageable. They are comfortable to ride. The communication and service from Qronge was responsive and efficient.

Good bicycle still not facing issue

If your handicap like me, this electric trike Bike is the bike that you need. I’m consistently using the pedal assist because I’m handicap so I’m able to run little errands that I need to be handled without using a car. I ride my Trike Bike everywhere the grocery store. The battery and the suspensionhandling is very excellent on this bike. I wouldn’t purchase from any other company, but this one they are the best hands-down.

The X1 Spark is an amazing bike , put to the test, we find this the best bang for your buck in e-dirt bikes. My son loves it and have had zero problems with it. It supports its speed and durability and rides like a top notch dirt bike. It’s super quiet and rides smooth.

I got the bike I expected and the price was right. It’s great for my 11 year old. I ordered one before any reviews came out so I was nervous about the quality. Seems well built. It was delivered when they said it would be.

This is a great bike. This bike is built strong but not too heavy for a senior woman to handle. It came with many features and was surprisingly easy for me to assemble without help. I am enjoying the ride! Great for going to the pool and events at the clubhouse.

I have had a good time working with Qronge. It is a straight up company. I ordered a pre order dirt bike. Every e-mail i sent in I got a response. I understand with all the new shipping changes things have gotten more difficult, but it still worked out well. My bike was damaged in shipping and Qronge shipped me the parts I needed to make the repair at no charge and quickly.

Hi I bought my e-bike on line it came fed x easy to assemble charged the battery took it out for the first time very fun and very easy ride get great mileage out of the battery life. Would recommend the bike to anyone who wants a quality bike it also has full suspension great for long term riding again a great product.
