Love my HXT. Changed the oil early out of curiosity. Looked brand new. Charged the bike when I received it a year ago and its down to 30% after 500miles.

There was an issue with delivery, a staff member took my call and worked it all out.

Emails get answered promptly and the Priority 600 is an awesome cruiser.
Just used it on a 300km brevet in Malaysia.
I added a Jones Hbar and a sprung seat post and I’m just happy cruising while everyone else is flying by. The aluminium frame gives me reassurance and the pinion gears just top it off nicely. They do take while to get used to, but worth it.

Excellent customer service and outstanding products. All my questions about the different bikes were answered same day or next day and they fixed an issue with the delivery right away. My commute is awesome with the 600. I dont have to be worried about being seen with the dynamo powered lights and feel confident going offroad when there is traffic on the street. I bought it during a special and use the included lock, rack, and bag everyday. Been riding through summer rainstorms with no issue and not having to mess with derailers is fantastic. Im thinking about bikepacking now sometime in the future with an adx.

We now have all 3 kids on priority bikes and it has been great! No more concerns their chain will fall off or cause issues when they’re off exploring. We store them in a beach house and they hold up great against the sand, salt, and harsh environment. We also LOVE the color options - each kid chose one they loved and will pass down when they outgrow.

Bought these bikes for our beach house after some research. Everyone loved them; good looking bikes, relatively easy to put together and ride well!

It’s a beautiful bicycle. My son loves to ride it, and it’s his first experience in using different gears, which is a thrill for him. The assembly video was extremely straightforward and precise, so putting the bike together was a pleasure.

Ordered my coast bike on a tuesday. It arrived that Thursday! Assembly was easy. I love this bike; my sister bought one 7 or 8 years ago and it still rides just like my new one, and she hasnt had to do any maintenance though we live in a salty coastal environment.

I especially like the fact that Priority offers DERAILLEUR-FREE Internally Geared Shimano Hub. I selected a 7 speed and enjoy getting back to a coaster brake.

Been a great bike so far. Love riding it, easy to assemble, super light and nimble and made getting out and about biking fun again. Was very happy with the price, as finding a belt drive bicycle at that price point is about impossible.

I own three priority bikes and every time I have any questions or issues one text on whats app does the job. They respond immediately and make sure your issue is handled quickly. Best direct to consumer support of any company I've ever experienced.

Just recently bought the front basket and basket bag to fit my Priority Classic Plus men’s bike. Super nice finish and fit. Very sturdy. Great addition to this commuter bicycle. The bag fits the basket perfectly. High quality basket that matches a high quality bike. Decent price for each. Shipped quickly and in a very durable box. Nice job Priority!!

Excellent customer service

I’ve had a great experience with Priority, especially when it comes to their after-sales support. Recently they helped me through a fork replacement (on my Current eBike with 5K km use), along with a few other parts-related issues, and the entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with excellent, seamless communication via WhatsApp. Being able to communicate directly with their team made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free.

It’s easy to judge a company by the product they sell, but I think the real test is how they support customers after the purchase. Priority really stood behind their bike and were always looking for practical ways to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

My wife recently purchased the Priority Coast bicycle, and she has been very impressed with its overall performance. The belt-drive system is one of its biggest advantages—it's quiet, smooth, and requires very little maintenance compared to a traditional chain.

The bike feels solid and comfortable to ride, whether commuting around town or enjoying a casual weekend ride. The upright riding position makes longer rides comfortable, and the lightweight aluminum frame is easy to handle.
