Overall positive shopping experience. I enjoyed the ease of ordering and the great deals that I got. The shipping was a little troubling. My order was accepted by the Amazon shipping partner and the shipping info never changed for a week and a half+ w/no update. It went so long I was going to ask customer service about my order but just blew it off instead and was patient. Then my order showed up. Turned out OK in the end.

Bike Tires Direct never disappoints. Quick shipping, fair prices, and nice inventory. I've shopped with them for years. I just bought 2 tubes, 2 bells, and a new bike computer in August.

I’m not big into giving reviews, but this shop is absolutely top tier. The best I’ve ever dealt with. Their sales are incredible and their point system is absolutely fantastic. Everything from start to finish is awesome and to top it off there customer service is out of this world.

BTD did great. FedEx not so well but I received the product.
