Missing item and option not given for replacement
Spent over £120 on 3 items, was informed that they would be sent in 2 packages. Received the 1st package, jogging bottoms and Tshirt after 4 days, then waited for the next. After a week, I went through the long process of contacting them and was told they would look into it and phone me back. 3 days later received email saying, item missing and refund would be given.No option was given for either sending a replacement or reorder. Royal mail tracking still was saying expecting item! Anyhow I had to reorder the item, which was a matching hoodie to the joggers and because it was under £80 then had to pay postage costs!

You sent entirely the wrong pair of shoes. I then had to drive to the town to take them back and pay AGAIN to order the pair i had ordered in the first place while you took 10 days to refund the money. Unbelievable!
