Very disappointed told my home delivery would be 2-3 working days. But you use the worst courier that's been bottom of the pole for the last two years. My parcel has been delayed should deliver tomorrow 5 working days not 2-3.

Still haven’t received what I’ve ordered. Probably because it is being delivered by Evri. Has been sitting with them for 3 days have now missed the birthday the gift was meant for.

Lovely items, never had an issue with an order.

I was sent the complete wrong item (a tank top instead of a plate) it was a gift and not only did customer service not even apologise but the only way to fix it was to repurchase the item which I paid next day delivery on and return the wrong item. That means I’m out of pocket and didn’t receive the item when I needed.

My first time buying from Oliver Bonas and it won’t be my last! The website was easy to navigate, the items arrived well packaged and every item was a keeper! Well made, great fit (I'm between a 10-12 and ordered a 10 in the jumpers), and the colours marched what I had seen on the website. Would highly recommend!

I returned a top which I had worn twice that the front of it had gone very bobbly so I was not happy. I had the receipt for £60 but as I had been out of the country for 8 weeks they queried the return to get a full refund as the top had reduced to £30. There was no Manager around so they could not make a decision and give me £60 refund. This is not really acceptable as the product was faulty and I had the receipt..
I settled for a £60 cardigan to exchange so I got my full money replaced.

The purse I bought is a gift my experience was superb ordered and delivered very fast excellent service great gift

I have not had notification my order is in store and it is 6 days ago since the system said it is in transit. Very very slow delivery service

could'nt find what i was looking for but thank goodness the shop assistant knew what i was looking for and ordered it and arranged delivery. so helpful
