Oliver Bonas Reviews

Love the products. But using evri as delivery provider is a real let down. They just threw the parcels at my front door / border, on top of my plants

Lovely selection at good prices. Very efficient to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

Hi everything was fine regarding the ordering and the delivery but unfortunately both items had come out of the pouches so the items had been sliding around in the box unprotected 😒

Item arrived in good packaging and delivery was on time very fast service and good communication. The item is exactly as described my daughter will love them.

Easy to order online, quick delivery and very pleased with the items

Very disappointed told my home delivery would be 2-3 working days. But you use the worst courier that's been bottom of the pole for the last two years. My parcel has been delayed should deliver tomorrow 5 working days not 2-3.

Still haven’t received what I’ve ordered. Probably because it is being delivered by Evri. Has been sitting with them for 3 days have now missed the birthday the gift was meant for.

Lovely items, never had an issue with an order.

I was sent the complete wrong item (a tank top instead of a plate) it was a gift and not only did customer service not even apologise but the only way to fix it was to repurchase the item which I paid next day delivery on and return the wrong item. That means I’m out of pocket and didn’t receive the item when I needed.

Easy website to navigate
Love my fig pinstripe travel mug

It was a pain trying to prove my status for the 15% discount. It was much easier on blue light card.

Arrived very quickly and very well packaged - I ordered a lot of breakables and everything arrived in pristine condition

Fast and reliable service.
Love the products.

They looked just like the website , gorgeous as always.
