JD orde on internet ordered on Thursday 27 still hasn't been sent to courier or updated getting worse every time I order will not use again

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, shopment should be 5-8 days. 20 days later, I have contacted their customer service several times and no answer. I have even gone to a physical shop and no one could tell me absolutely anything about them. At this point they have taken the money, does not seem like they are going to deliver the shoes or give the money back.
AVOID BUYING HERE.

First time I bought shows from here but it was good, good service☺️

I usually buy more than 4-5 items, but when it's shipped, I only receive two items, and the rest of the order is out of stock.

I placed an order with JD Sports Denmark 15 days ago, but I never received an order confirmation email. Therefore, I have no tracking information and cannot track my package.

I have contacted customer service around 20 times, but I have never received a response.

The payment has already been taken from my bank account, yet I have still not received the goods or any information about the delivery.

This situation is extremely disappointing. I would like they to investigate this matter immediately and provide me with the status of my order and tracking information. If the order cannot be delivered, I expect a full refund

First of all I had a return that took nearly a month and half and four phone calls to customer service to receive my refund. Then I made an order from your Copenhagen store to have it shipped to my house in Odense the sale person told me that it would arrive to my house in two to three days and it took almost two weeks.

Shipping took long time and I wrote to customer service a couple of times to ask the status of my order. I only get automated answer. They were not very helpfull.

Jeg er glad of tilfreds kunde.. very nice trends, okay price. My son is happy with the new Nike sneakers. Delivery was a little bit late but it’s ok.

I did not receive my order and since I do not live in the same country, and therefore can not go back to the store and show my receipt in the store I bought my order from, I can not get my money back. I feel disappointed and tricked. I have paid for the order, have not received it and will not get my money back. I feel sorry for my self.

Terrible stores. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the 7 employees walked around chatting. Minutes passed by without any cashier.
Moreover, I ordered some shorts for click and collect. They spent 30 minutes looking for them with no luck. Then I ordered the wrong size to my house, and wanted to swap them in-store. But I had to pay extra to swap them, or I could order a click and collect and wait 5-10 days. All of this WHILE I WAS HOLDING THE SHORTS IN MY HANDS!?
I have had two encounters with JD sports within a week, and I will never use them again. What a waste of time.

Its been 3 weeks and no delivery has been made and no updates provided.
