I ordered 1 day and the product was shipped the next day.So great The product was supposed to arrive between 27.4 and 15.5.The product arrived on 5.5. I am thrilled.
Assembling the cabinet wasn't too difficult, but it would definitely be better if they labeled the products.It would be easier not to look for screws and material.But otherwise great for me

Do not order here
I still haven't received the order and the actual seller nor hood.de haven't helped. It was a birthday present for my little daughter. The celebration was days ago. I had to contact the transporter myself and they told me the order is coming from China (I ordered and original Jelly at product from Spain)!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The customer service is the worst i encountered. they treated me very badly and they even insulted me when i asked about my package that i never received. Das ist der schlechteste Kundenservice überhaupt. Sie haben mich beleidigt, als ich nach dem Paket fragte, das nie angekommen ist. Eine furchtbare Erfahrung.
