Bought two tickets and they mispelled…
Bought two tickets and they mispelled the last name on one which meant we could not check in. Looking into it more it was clear it was a system error. No help or accountability on their part. Airline fixed it.

Once a ticket is issued, airlines have strict rules regarding name corrections, which can limit the changes that can be made on our end. It is good to hear that the airline was able to assist directly at the airport so the flight could be taken.

Poor Baggage Add-On Support and Unexpected Airport Charges
I booked my tickets through CheapTickets and later wanted to add extra baggage. CheapTickets repeatedly told me that I could add the baggage through the airline’s website, while the airline’s website and customer service told me that the travel agent had to make the change.
After being passed back and forth, I had no choice but to pay additional charges at the airport to add my baggage. This was a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend using CheapTickets. I would advise booking directly through the airline’s website instead.

Our tickets got move 1 day behind and we need to buy antoher
Our tickets got move 1 day behind, without any option of cancelation or compensation, so i need to get more time of from work.
ALSO: only half our tickets changed, we had an domestic flight as well where we needed to buy two more tickets, so antoher 400euro.
Their only response was that they cant to anything for us (communication was also very difficult because they mostly answerd on a wrong respond....)
Ober all bad service and apparently ypu flights can just be change to different dates
Dont buy there!
