Accidentally entered car park 2 for a pick up. Couldn't get to level 0 so paid £15 to exit. Drove around to the correct entrance and paid £7.
I emailed and they very kindly refunded the £25.

Convenient Parking

Mega cheap, tiny spaces though
Mega cheap carpark for a week. Location is good. Not in the heart of the city but a 15 minute walk to work. Carpark feels safe. Only issue is the spaces are small. I drive a VW polo and I struggle to get out of the car even when I park passenger side right up against the wall

Book a space for 12.30-5pm for my sons…
Book a space for 12.30-5pm for my sons graduation, instructions said take a ticket on arrival and use my referral code number when leaving, ticket not needed, i got back to the car park in time, and on leaving I was ringing the bell on the ticket machine to give my ref number but no one was answering, luckily I still had my ticket, put it into the machine and it charged me £6 for going over by a couple of minutes because I was sat there waiting for someone to answer the ring for several mins

Went to gloucester train station yesterday. Was there 10 minutes but it took almost 20 minutes to try to pay, download the app, tried to phone customer services. So stressful. Too scared to leave in case of fine. Rail staff then tell me its 20 minutes free!!!! Where does it say this!! Penny

Great customer service
I use their parking spaces in Ireland. They're really affordable, have cheap day rates, and whenever I need something and contact their customer service, the people answering me are quick to respond and very helpful.

I made a mistake whilst using the…
I made a mistake whilst using the Heathrow drop off area. I had to go 3 times in a week and on one occasion I thought my daughter had paid , she thought I had , I got the fine which is fair enough but I appealed for mercy as it was not a deliberate attempt to avoid payment but a mistake in a busy week.
The support department reviewed the case and refunded me £33 of my fine leaving the £7 I would have paid . I am impressed by the decision and fairness. Car parking companies do not always get good reviews but I am happy , many thanks

No problems from start to finish

LUTON AIRPORT DROPPOFF - RIPOFF
Ever since APCOA removed the gates from the Luton Airport Drop-Off, I've received a multitude of parking fines. The new layout is simply not user-friendly, and without a physical barrier, it is way too easy to forget to pay. Not to mention, expecting people to take notes on how and where to pay parking charges while actively driving is ridiculous and unsafe. This poor design is exacerbated by the fact that you cannot plan your journey and pay in advance. Compare it to the Dart Charge, which literally lets you pay in advance for months. With APCOA, you can only pay afterwards, which is ridiculously unreasonable. When you are doing airport runs and receiving family, the last thing on your mind is logging on to deal with APCOA. It's an absolute rip-off and a horrid experience. I wonder how many people fall into this error.

Very convenient location for the IMAX cinema. I messed up my booking - booked for Sunday instead of the Saturday but it was resolved by the person when I called for assistance. Very helpful.
