Went to gloucester train station…
Went to gloucester train station yesterday. Was there 10 minutes but it took almost 20 minutes to try to pay, download the app, tried to phone customer services. So stressful. Too scared to leave in case of fine. Rail staff then tell me its 20 minutes free!!!! Where does it say this!! Penny
