Good service! My first order was lost in transit, but the helpdesk intervened and I received a new one in due time.

Colours are often faded and not what is pictured. The whole ethos of the company is dated. They say the rugs last about 5 years depending on how often they are washed. Please go to a local auction and buy a REAL antique of vintage carpet or rug that will last hundreds of years and will have much more character than these plastic mass produced garbage dump fillers.

I absolutely love my rug! It looks exactly like it was advertised and presented on the website, which is always reassuring when ordering online. The quality also seems really good so far — now we’ll see how well it holds up over time and with everyday use.

Before ordering, I actually used ChatGPT to generate an image of the rug in my living room to get an idea of how it would look in the space. It was incredibly useful, and I think it would be fantastic if Ruggable offered a similar feature directly on their website. Being able to visualise a rug in your own room before buying would be a huge help!

Overall, very happy with my purchase so far and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered the Pink Tufted Rug from Anthropologie. Their customer service was super responsive, I had bought the rug at full price, but it went on sale later that afternoon, so I reached out to them and they refunded me the difference. Delivery was fast, and I even got to test putting it in the washing machine after my cat threw up on it. It held up perfectly in the wash and looks good as new

The first rugg did not match our wall paper perfectly, so we wanted to change. And it really went very easy and now we are very happy with our new rugg.

I received my rugs and I didn't really know what to think of it. I love the designs its just that the rugs look like they were printed when the printer was out of ink. I contacted Ruggable and they responded fast, which is great. But the solution they offered was to return them. Which is not convenient since I designed my interior with the rugs in mind and I got them during a sale. I double checked if the stripes would be on all the rugs, current and future ones (not on sale) and they told me there would be. So that is the reason I will not buy from ruggable in the future even though I like the designs.

The back of the mat is a bit slippery. I use them inside and they move a lot.

Smooth ordering and I like the clarity on the website experience. Delivery was smooth as well. I think it’s just that I feel the rug itself feel a bit ”cheap”
Functionality wise great but it’s just something. I didn’t expect luxury experience it’s just on the scale it just feels a bit too cheap in relation to price but maybe I paid for functionality. Time will tell.

First delivery never arrived so we had to go back and forth a Few times to arrange a new one. The quality of the rug is very nice so I’m glad we made it work

Quality and beautiful rugs. Initially I was of course a little bit concerned with the price. The rugs are certainly not the cheapest but they have big range of beautiful designs which I am glad really matches well in our home! Overall very happy with the order, and as I am writing this, I am planning to get another one!

Beautiful rug, exactly as expected. I've been eyeing this rug for years and i finally had the means to buy one. It exceeded my expectations, the quality is very good.

The delivery was quicker than expected and even though the rug is 1.85x2.75m the package was easily transportable (with a car) from the pick-up location.

The assembly was also very easy, as we even managed to do it without looking at the instructions (we didn't notice the booklet until we were taking the box apart).

We will definitely order here again!

Excellent customer service throughout my four Ruggable purchases. For example, when I returned one rug, the parcel was never scanned by the courier and appeared to have gone missing. I was very worried that I would not be refunded. I contaced Ruggable. The support team responded immediately, said they would get in touch with the courier and refunded me. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience!
