I’ve been trying to get a delivery of a…
I’ve been trying to get a delivery of a rug for weeks. They use Evri and the first one has been lost,
The second one was sent express delivery, again that is in limbo in the courier’s system yet again.
Customer service has kept saying they are fixing the issue but still no rug.
Now they are not communicating. Absolute waste of my time.

Delivery is not the same as shipping. They stated delivery within 1-2 weeks in the UK, but what they mean is shipping. Unfortunately it arrived very late.

Poor quality on this occasion
This was my second rug from Ruggable, as I was really pleased with my first purchase. However, on this occasion, I've been really disappointed with the quality. Washed it as per the instructions, and it's pretty much ruined. It shrunk significantly, so it now doesn't sit flush on the underlay that we had to put down so it sits nicely on the carpet. The tubing around the edges has also split, and the filling is coming through. Spent a lot of money on something that looks like it's on its last legs, when we only bought this rug last October. A real shame.

The rugs are great but £50 minimum spend is outrageous
The rugs are great but what’s not great is, when you need to clean them the spot cleaner you sell can’t bought without spending £50 for a £10 item.
I’ve got my rugs for £500 + and the least I’d expect would be some flexibility from your customer service team - but no! Just a lame excuse about your system. Very poor.

We are sorry to hear that our spot cleaner was not yet available to purchase when you placed your original order.
We only recently launched this product, which is why older orders would not have had the option to add it to the basket during checkout. Unfortunately, due to the way our system is set up, the Spot Cleaner can't be purchased on its own.
