I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DUSK.
The bed was delivered within the estimated time, but when we started assembling it, we discovered that a part was missing. DUSK did send a replacement, which I appreciated.
However, after only two months of use, parts of the bed started peeling and coming away, revealing the poor quality of the product. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that because it was outside their 30-day policy, there was nothing they could do.
For a bed that is expected to last years, this response is unacceptable. The quality is poor, and the after-sales customer service is even worse. I will not be shopping with DUSK again and would not recommend them

Fantastic company - will recommend to everyone!
We made our first purchase following a TV advert, we were amazed by the excellent prices and following delivery, we are over the moon! The bed is great quality and was really easy to put together with very clear instructions. Will definitely be coming back to Dusk next time we need a bed.

Love the items I received from dusk but…
Love the items I received from dusk but due to user error when I typed my postcode for the delivery it turned into a bit of a nightmare having to divert multiple parcels destined for the wrong address to a local parcel shop, despite me alerting customer service to my error just an hour after ordering (nothing had been dispatched at that point)
Customer service assistant Jordan was incredibly helpful though and promptly changed the address ready for delivery of the last part of my order, a bed. Many thanks Jordan!

They take FOREVER to ship things out. Almost two weeks I ordered just some pillowcases and it still hadn’t been shipped. Quality and price are good if you don’t mind waiting forever to get your products it’s perfect.

Great unit!
Great price! Delivery was quick and effective. The unit is absolutely gorgeous ties in so well with the living room. Quality is good looks really expensive. Great size. 2 man assembly but I done it by myself no problem just took longer. Would recommend, dusk never let me down.

I found a bed I wanted to purchase on the website - easy to use. The bed is incredible. It looks so much more expensive than what we paid. It is so nice, very well made and really easy to put together. I will be using them again to purchase a new bed for our daughter. I highly recommend.

Complaints resolved 10 out of 10. Great customer service.
Recently I have purchased a beautiful wardrobe and TV unit that was delivery with few issues and I was very disappointed so I have reached out to customer service and luckily I receive very quick response from the team. The advisor name Lily was fantastic and very professional, she resolved all with in 1 day . I am glad as I have ordered from them before and love Dusk furnitures so at least the one bad experience is not gonna hold me back. I understand mistake can happened but the way was resolved that matters. Thank you

SO impressed
Honestly we were so impressed with Dusk at every step of the way! I checked a lot of the 1 ⭐ reviews to try and figure out whether I should trust them and I’m glad I took the plunge!
The quality of the item is great, you really wouldn’t think it was only £200. The delivery was super speedy and we were kept informed at every step of the way and the delivery men were very lovely and took the furniture to the room we needed it in.
We’re planning to order again and I am hoping the quality of the service will stay the same!
